Mulltiply Ai Reviews & Product Details

Mulltiply AI is an AI-powered WhatsApp commerce and ERP automation platform for B2B sellers, distributors, wholesalers, and brands. It helps businesses convert everyday WhatsApp conversations into structured orders, customer engagement, invoices, ledgers, and actionable business workflows. Instead of forcing customers to download another app or use a separate portal, Mulltiply AI works on the channel they already use: WhatsApp. The platform understands customer messages in English, Hindi, and Hinglish, identifies buying intent, matches products, applies customer-specific pricing and schemes, builds carts, confirms orders, and pushes structured transactions into the seller’s ERP, CRM, or accounting system. Mulltiply AI helps businesses reduce missed orders, manual follow-ups, SKU errors, and dependency on sales teams. Sellers can automate product discovery, price sharing, scheme communication, order capture, invoice sharing, ledger updates, payment reminders, and customer support directly through WhatsApp. The platform is especially useful for FMCG distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and B2B businesses that receive high volumes of customer messages across WhatsApp, sales teams, and field operations. With integrations into systems such as Tally, ERP, CRM, and internal order management tools, Mulltiply AI enables end-to-end commerce automation from conversation to execution. Key capabilities include AI order capture, WhatsApp-based customer engagement, multilingual intent understanding, product catalog search, customer-specific pricing, scheme communication, cart creation, order confirmation, ERP/Tally integration, invoice and ledger sharing, sales team workflows, analytics, and automated follow-ups. Mulltiply AI helps businesses sell smarter, respond faster, reduce manual work, and scale customer engagement without changing how their customers already communicate. Its goal is to become the AI commerce layer behind WhatsApp for modern B2B businesses.
