## About MrGripper
MrGripper is grip strength tracking software for hand and forearm training across Apple devices. It focuses on grip-specific exercises, allowing users to log sets for each hand separately or together to identify strength imbalances. A dynamometer grip test records measurements from any hand dynamometer without proprietary hardware, ensuring compatibility. The software calculates a left-right symmetry score and tracks personal records for exercises, equipment, load, and hand. Features include a timer for static holds, weekly insights on consistency and volume, and customizable workout templates. It supports gripper training, climbing, grappling, calisthenics, heavy pulls, and rehabilitation. MrGripper operates offline and runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple Silicon, and Apple Vision Pro.
