MppToExcel Pro for Microsoft Project Reviews & Product Details

MppToExcel Pro turns a Microsoft Project .mpp file into an Excel workbook you can hand to someone else, with neither Microsoft Project nor Excel installed: the plan is read directly and the workbook is written as an .xlsx file. The Gantt sheet has no task limit; Pro adds cost data (off by default, never exported by accident), four extra sheets including one row per assignment with a ready-made pivot table, thirty columns to choose from in your order, and export filters for open tasks, milestones, one branch, one resource or a date window. The plan is opened read-only and never modified, and nothing leaves your PC. The 15-day trial runs the full Pro edition.
