GanttShield is an MPP cleaner for Microsoft Project files. Before you send a plan to a client, a vendor or an auditor, it writes a clean copy: task names become stable IDs such as TASK-000214, resource names become neutral codes, rates, costs and all eleven baselines are cleared, notes and document properties are emptied. The original .mpp is opened read-only and never modified. Output as .mpp (with Microsoft Project installed) or as .xml (no Project needed). Everything runs on your PC: nothing is uploaded. Formerly Project Scrubber.

OneClickExporter reads Microsoft Project .mpp files directly, with Microsoft Project not installed, and exports CSV files with fixed columns for Power BI, Excel, Qlik, Tableau and business systems: projects, tasks, assignments, resources, milestones, time-phased data and earned value. Single plans, master plans with subprojects, resource pools. A command line with exit codes runs the export every night without anyone clicking, so the dashboard refreshes on its own after the retirement of Project Online. Local processing: nothing is uploaded.

MppToExcel Pro turns a Microsoft Project .mpp file into an Excel workbook you can hand to someone else, with neither Microsoft Project nor Excel installed: the plan is read directly and the workbook is written as an .xlsx file. The Gantt sheet has no task limit; Pro adds cost data (off by default, never exported by accident), four extra sheets including one row per assignment with a ready-made pivot table, thirty columns to choose from in your order, and export filters for open tasks, milestones, one branch, one resource or a date window. The plan is opened read-only and never modified, and nothing leaves your PC. The 15-day trial runs the full Pro edition.

SendTask emails each person their own tasks straight from a Microsoft Project plan, with no Project Server and no Project Online. Open the .mpp, pick the resources, send: everyone receives their assignments and an Excel timesheet to return progress. Recipients install nothing. The sender does not need Microsoft Project either: SendTask reads the plan file from disk, master plans included. The plan is never modified.

GanttTimesheet collects actuals for Microsoft Project plans without a server. Send each resource an Excel timesheet built from the plan, collect the sheets back, approve them row by row and write hours and progress into the .mpp. The people filling in the timesheets need nothing installed. Works with Project desktop after the retirement of Project Online; master plans with linked subprojects are supported, and the plan stays on your disk.

Two projects are both 10% behind: one is getting worse, one is recovering. GanttDerivata compares consecutive status dates of a Microsoft Project plan and tells you the direction and speed of the delay, not just its size, with an Earned Schedule forecast beside it. It reads the .mpp directly, keeps a sheet per status date and never modifies the plan. Built for weekly status reviews.
Project Edge Tools makes six Windows desktop tools for people who plan with Microsoft Project: planners, schedulers, PMOs and project controls teams. Each tool does one job around the .mpp file completely, is licensed on its own, and none of them lives in the Project ribbon. OneClickExporter: the bridge from Microsoft Project to Power BI. The whole plan exported to CSV, JSON or Excel with a schema that does not shift, time-phased data included, master plans and shared resource pools handled. Run it from the window or schedule it from the command line. MppToExcel: the plan for people who live in Excel. A full task table and a Gantt chart drawn in cells, with a round-trip import that brings their progress back into Project. Available in Base and Pro editions. GanttTimesheet: the whole timesheet cycle. Send each resource their sheet, collect the actuals that come back, approve them row by row and write them into the plan. SendTask: every resource receives their own filtered task list by email, and only theirs. GanttDerivata: compares consecutive status dates and tells you, task by task, whether a delay is widening, stationary or closing, and the date it reaches zero. GanttShield: a sanitized copy of any .mpp before it leaves the company. Client names, rates, costs, baselines and notes are removed, none of the original texts survives inside the copy, and the original file is never touched. Four of the six read .mpp files directly and need no Microsoft Project licence. Everything runs on your own machine: no cloud, no upload, no account. Every product comes with a 15-day free trial. The tools come from twenty years of training and consulting on Microsoft Project. The classroom shows where people get stuck, and the tools start exactly there.
