"Great way to get the whole picture"

What do you like best about MPOWR?

Using MPOWR Envision helps our organization keep track of our strategy and progress in an ever changing environment. The system is easy to use, and easy to modify when changes are needed. With one glance, you can see the overall health of your organization as well as areas that need to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MPOWR?

The downside has nothing to do with MPOWR Envision, but rather, relying of staff to keep up with their portion when their overseeing management gives no real consequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MPOWR?

Among all the benefits of the software MPOWR Envision, the best feature is creating and following up your strategic KPIs. It's easy to review and monitor our performance in all the strategic KPIs. Another very good feature is the Health Map, you can review and move fast among the parts of your strategy that require attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MPOWR?

I like almost everything on the software, but I wouldn't say I like the following up of the action items. I know MPOWR Envision is constantly releasing upgrades to the platform, and I´m sure they will improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that we had is that for each strategy, we had a different Excel spreadsheet, and everybody was updating several files and then presenting them to the CEO. Now with MPOWR Envision, all the strategies, files, plans, and KPIs are in one platform. Everything is on one platform, and you can monitor the performance and development from all over the world and in real-time. With MPOWR Envision, we have the following benefits: all our strategic plan is at one site, everybody can see it at the same time, we can monitor it in real-time, we can access from almost every device. What do you like best about MPOWR?

MPOWR Envision makes it easy to stay informed by showing departmental updates in one application. The Sunburst graphic is a great tool for identifying what's going well and what might need more focus. The personalized dashboard makes it easy for me to view my tasks. MPOWR Envision can seem intimidating at first glance. After training and a few times working in Envision, it's much easier than I thought. The support staff is great, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MPOWR?

Working in the food & beverage industry it has been essential to have MPOWR Envision. I personally like the ability to get progress notes and add collaborators to my strategy. It puts everyone on the same page and it helps give visibility to other departments. For instance, we had progress notes come through another department and we were able to pivot fast which ended up saving us thousands had we not seen that information. What do you dislike about MPOWR?

After looking into other software platforms I came back to MPOWR because of the collaboration aspect. Like other reviews state the collaboration and visibility aspect has been essential for us. The team has gone above and beyond in support services. I have never worked with a more positive team willing to help our business at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MPOWR:

After reviewing several strategy and project platforms I found this one best for our global business. I recommend seeing MPOWR Envision for yourself to see if it's suited for your needs. We have already received a payoff with its implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem we were facing was lag time with communication between departments. This has helped elevate the needed resources to our senior leadership team The leadership team can now see the gaps within our business in real-time instead of quarterly meetings. This has given us a competitive edge by being able to respond faster and fill business-related gaps.
