GoCons Reviews & Product Details

GoCons is the consulting management platform for small professional-services firms. It replaces the spreadsheets and email threads behind every client engagement with one place for contracts, tasks, invoices and documents. Track every contract with its renewals, notice periods and status, updated automatically. Plan the work with tasks and milestones. Follow the billing schedule, get reminders and overdue alerts, and export to Xero or QuickBooks. Keep documents organised by contract. Your clients get their own portal to follow progress and documents, so fewer "any update?" emails. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to ask questions and make changes in plain language, or integrate through the REST API. Available in 20 languages, hosted in the EU and GDPR-compliant. One flat price for the whole firm, never per seat, and a free plan with no card required. No Lock-in too: download your data with just a click.
