MonitGlass Reviews & Product Details

MonitGlass is a complete glass factory management software designed for glass processing companies to manage quoting, order workflows, production scheduling, and shop-floor operations within a single digital platform. It is used by organizations producing insulated glass units (IGU), laminated glass, tempered glass, and monolithic glass products. The software bridges the gap between office and production environments, eliminating communication gaps and reducing errors. Office teams use MonitGlass to maintain customer records, manage materials and treatments databases, create instant quotes, register orders, and generate professional documents. Production teams rely on the system to track glass pieces through processing stages using QR code scanning, access technical drawings, and view real-time production status on visual dashboards. Because MonitGlass is cloud-based, users can access information from any device, anywhere, at any time. The mobile app allows production floor workers to scan QR codes and update order status without walking to the office. Common use cases include: - Managing quotes and customer orders from initial request through completion - Coordinating production stages and monitoring real-time progress on visual calendars - Digitizing documents, drawings, and labels used on the shop floor - Providing full visibility between office and production staff - Supporting small and medium glass factories transitioning from paper-based processes to digital workflows - Reducing waste of time, materials, and effort through automation MonitGlass integrates office and production modules so that data flows consistently across the organization. This reduces manual data entry and lowers the risk of miscommunication between departments. The system supports both metric and imperial units, making it suitable for companies operating in European and North American markets.
