I enjoy the innovative, new features that are coming out at a break neck speed and Moja AI seems to be the only company out there doing what they're doing. Sometimes they may rush out a new tool that isn't fully baked, although it always gets to a functional status with time and feedback. They have the typical call tracking at a lower price than competitors, but the real value is in the innovation with AI tools they produce. These tools help us increase the quality of our traffic, sell our traffic at top dollar and we have the ability to pull reporting in a way no one else can match. MojaAI is a great platform for Pay Per Call industry users, in my opinion. To start, their support team is top-notch when it comes to responding to questions, and they’re also quick to resolve any fixes we need. MojaAI has proven to be competitive in the ping-bidding war we’re in with RTB campaigns, and it helps users gain insightful knowledge that can give an upper hand when it comes to winning bids. I use MojaAI as a call tracking platform because it is very easy to use when it comes to the interface and features. It's cheaper than other call tracking platforms, making it a cost-effective choice. I find Moja QAI to be the most valuable feature as it helps analyze calls quickly. I use MojaAI for call routing and marketing, and I find it helps to streamline the process a lot with effective customer solutions. The analytics are insightful, which I really like, and the scalability feels endless. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the staff and the team, which is great. The ability to help with custom solutions for modern problems using other software is a big factor for me. Any problem that comes up can often be resolved with another solution offered through MojaAI, which makes my day-to-day process easier and less stressful.
