## About Mockflow
MockFlow is a visual workspace for product teams to brainstorm, plan, and communicate ideas faster. It brings structure to creative thinking - whether you're wireframing a new interface, sketching out user flows, or mapping product strategies on a whiteboard. At its core, MockFlow combines two powerful tools: WireframePro is a fast, intuitive UI wireframing and prototyping tool that supports real-time collaboration, making it easy for teams. With a vast library of pre-built components, UI kits and the ability to export production-ready front-end code, it streamlines everything from concept to developer handoff. IdeaBoard is a versatile whiteboarding space built for teamwork. Ideal for strategic planning, architecture diagrams, mood boards, and frameworks like SWOT or reverse brainstorming, it lets teams think visually together while organizing everything - from notes and docs to videos - on a single collaborative canvas. MockFlow’s integrated AI transforms plain text into structured visuals - instantly generating wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and brainstorming layouts to supercharge early-stage ideation. With real-time collaboration, integrated chat, comments, and versioning, it’s easy for everyone to stay aligned - from first idea to final design. It also integrates seamlessly with tools your team already uses, including Slack, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams - so you can bring visual thinking into your existing workflow without friction. MockFlow is trusted by product managers, designers, and teams who need to think visually and move fast, whether they're sketching UIs, mapping out user journeys, or planning product strategy. It’s made for anyone who values clarity in the early stages of product thinking, without the complexity of traditional design tools.

## Mockflow Reviews
 ### 1. Mockflow: Superior Prototyping Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucia T.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I appreciate how Mockflow enables effective communication with multiple audiences, such as end users, developers, and the testing team. This versatility is particularly useful in ensuring that everyone involved in the project is on the same page. I value its ability to create a realistic user experience and facilitate real-time modifications, which significantly reduces development time by 75%. Mockflow's evaluation against other prototyping tools highlighted its superiority, leading me to introduce it into three major companies, including a major technology contractor for the federal government in the United States, where it was very well regarded. I am impressed by how easy the initial setup of Mockflow is, making it accessible for my team without complications. I am so confident in its capabilities that I would recommend it to friends, colleagues, and any company I join in the future.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

The drop-down features for the controls in Mockflow could be a more robust. Demonstrating hierarchical relationships is a bit clunky and there they removed the ability to set default values and ordering sequences.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mockflow for prototyping complex systems, enabling realistic user experiences, real-time modifications, and reducing development time by 75%. It facilitates effective communication across audiences, including end users, developers, and test teams.

 ### 2. Wireframing with Mockflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad Jahanzeb S. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Drag and drop features for pre-designed elements is excellent

downloading and sharing wireframes is made easy

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

selection of multiple components is problematic

Resizing of components is not assisted to lock at boundaries

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mockflow allows for a quick and easy design process for a given application to conviniently share the visual direction of a UI with designers and engineers. Thus allowing for a quick development cycle with clear visual aids.

 ### 3. An easy way to create

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alanis M. | UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

What I like about mock flow is the drag and drop system, such as the different mockup assets on the system. Mockflow has all the features you will need to wireframe.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Right now, I can only think about one thing that bored me while I was doing the wireframe: sometimes it is kinda hard to select multiple components or resize multiple layers.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mockflow helps me with many of my user experience projects, such as websites to dropdown menus. I can prototype and present my projects in a better way using Mock Flow.

 ### 4. Great experience while using MockFlow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LUIS ANGEL D. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I like the best that we can share the projects we're creating with other people in our team. That gives us a great experience while doing the projects just because we found it comfortable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I wouldn't say I like that we have to pay for a plan just so all co-workers can edit the project we're making. I mean, it's awesome that we can share it with our team so they all can see and supervise the project, but I'd rather that we would be able to share just one project with other people and at least two persons, including the creator, could edit it.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

It might be a little confusing while using MockFlow the first time, but once you start using it for a couple of minutes, you get used to it.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't found any problem at the time I've been using it, and the benefit that I found is that MockFlow gives us the users a different way to create various graphic projects in a way much professional.

 ### 5. AMAZING to create quick or complex mockups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

A mockup is "as close as the final version that it can be," but sometimes you need to "wireframe" it.
Mocklflow is in the sweet spot between giving you the tools to create a complex mockup and a quick wireframe.
It's exactly what I was looking for. It allows you to export as a PDF, PNG, it's really great.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

When exporting the PDF, I would like to have the option to EXCLUDE the first two slides, which are "name of the project" and "name of the page".
Sometimes I just need the design and not the presentation. In order to remove these two slides I had to use a PDF editor.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case particularly, I used it to create an example template of how a high converting sales page would look like for the people that take my courses.
"Download this template as a reference to create your own sales page" kind of thing.-

 ### 6. one of the best wireframing and product design tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth S. | SDE , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Wireframe feature is very good. i have also used there sitemap feature it like it as well

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

in the free version only limited access is provided most other features are in paid plan only

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easily and quickly creating sitemaps and wireframes of a product in devlopment

 ### 7. Way easier to use than Adobe XD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley W. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Everything is included no need to add apps and it really intuitive. Unlike Adobe you can be up and running in seconds. I can provide the layouts for my clients then the building is easy because sizes and everything are already there. No guesswork and I can pass it to someone else to build and they know exactly what to do.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I wish it would integrate with a better photo editor like Picmonkey to do photo edits. I also wish a few more powerups were available on the wireframing plan like fonts. It says the style guide is available but I can't get it to install it still asks for an upgrade.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Try Adobe XD first and once you are fully frustrated try Mockflow

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm saving LOTS of time by not building and rebuilding

 ### 8. Powerful Out of the Box Wireframing with short learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry C. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

It was easy to build a custom wireframe in just a few minutes.
The interface is easy to use.
Just the right balance of functionality. Other products I've tried are either too simple and can't be customized or so complicated that they have a substantial learning curve. Mockflow hits the right balance for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

The limit of 3 pages for a free account is fine, but it would be nice to try the advanced features before requiring payment.
Complicated data tables are very challenging to build

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Use the coloring options to quickly and easily explore variations.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy mock-up for the development team.
The styling options are more robust than anticipated and have helped us play with variations without the need of figma for small efforts

 ### 9. Easy to use and has the assets I need to create wireframes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viena P. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I love that it's easy to use, even though I never used it before but when I signed up and trying it out, Mocklow is really easy to use. It took no time for me to master it. I also can export it into various format which helps me a lot.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Maybe the pricing, I love it so much that I kinda hope the pricing can be a bit cheaper. The navigation on the canvas is also a bit confusing, even though the other parts of the app itself is really good.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to create a wireframe that has about 20 pages in a day, with other tools it took me 2-4 days but with MockFlow, I can finish it in a day.

 ### 10. Fast, convenient and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio F. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

What I liked the most is the great amount of possibilities it offers to make wireframes of all kinds, from a basic mockup to a more advanced prototype, and the interface is very nice and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

To search for a particular prototyping object I have had to go pack by pack searching until I found it and it is a very tedious task. I think it would be appropriate to have a search engine that allows you to search for something no matter what pack you are in at the time.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly create a basic wireframe for the students I manage for their Final Project and create more advanced prototypes to present to the Company team.

 ### 11. Easy-to-Use Tool to Build Simple, Clean Web and Mobile Mockups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I use Mockflow to build mockups for web pages and mobile as a project manager and design manager. Mockflow allows me to quickly put together mockups that illustrate what I need from design and how the user experience should flow. Often I'm doing this on the fly and on deadline and need a solution that allows me to do this quickly but still maintains readability and design standards. Mockflow has proven to be the perfect solution for my needs. The drag-and-drop build approach is simple, and design elements are easy to find in the left panel. I also like that I can add my brand assets to the mockups.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

For my needs, I don't have much to dislike about the solution. One thing I would like to see added to the solution is a better way to create notes within the mockup to describe the user experience or embed notes for the designer or team that I plan to send the mockup to - that would be helpful.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mockflow to build mockups for web pages and mobile as a project manager and design manager. Mockflow allows me to quickly put together mockups that illustrate what I need from design and how the user experience should flow.

 ### 12. My Goto Tool for Product Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giuseppe A. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

A great versatile tool with both web and windows application. Plenty of objects for every aspect of the project design. What I like the most is their packages that help keep a coherent style thorough the pages and components.
I use it for everything now!

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Sometimes it might became a little slow, but it's absolutely fine and it actually depends on how big your page becomes. In fact using pages, can be used to light it up a little.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mockflow, I didn't have a single place to design, share and save my projects. Everything was a little messy. Now I have a single tool that I use for everything: internal project, customer mockups, etc.

 ### 13. The best wireframe tool ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Two things
the first is drag and drop ready-made components that ease my work. The second is the pages. I got a workspace page and export page which help focus on work and omit to export later

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Two things come to me now. sometimes I notice the page becomes slower especially when I have many diagrams on the same page. The second point is the copy and paste. When I copy one component from one page to another page it doesn't come to where I placed the mouse pointer. I notice it always pastes on the same location on the page. When I have a big page, this annoys me because I need to search the pasted component all through the page.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) It helps me think better since I prefer to visualize things.
2) I use to create a wireframe for the new features that I was analyzed. It helps the stakeholders understand how the feature will work.

 ### 14. Very intuitive. Very easy to use for web designers like me

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley N. | Founder and Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I love how the interface is so user-friendly and the UI design is incredible. I love how they made it so easy to find the type of mockup you want to create. It is cleaner than figma.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

To be honest there is nothing missing. Maybe make it easier to select multiple things. That is being very nitpicky though. They don't need to improve much. I love the screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Yes, I will recommend it!

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to create web mockups and show my clients beforehand. Mockflow makes the process so much easier. I am being much more productive and I am saving a lot of time.

 ### 15. Great software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus M. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I like the ease with which we select objects and work with them on the desktop. It is simple, intuitive, and quite practical. The separation of objects into combos helps a lot in locating the items we are looking for.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I think the animation part is lacking. In systems like FIGMA, for example, I can show an "animated" mockup, where I can better detail to the system developer how I expect a screen to behave.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a Product Owner in a software development team, and the system helps me a lot in illustrating how I want a screen to be created or modified.

 ### 16. Makes me look good!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Mockflow gives me a range of tools and templates that means I can wireframe ideas to use in pitches to clients and internal teams. The end result is elegant, simple designs that often get lifted into actual apps and websites.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I haven't found much to dislike so far, I am not an advanced user yet though.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to brainstorm and share app and site ideas, this allows customers and team members to focus on the intent of the site without being distracted by design, most pitches I used these in result in shorter sales cycles.

 ### 17. I would definitely recommend Mockflow as I find its very easy to use and has all the needed features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** theartofbida M. | Digital Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

The most helpful thing that Mockflow offered me is how intuitive it is and how fast you can create a prototype. Even for folks that never tried it before

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I really did enjoy Mockflow and so the only thing that comes in my mind that can be a downside is that I could not use it without an internet connection

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Very easy to use and has many useful features

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wireframes and prototypes. Mockflow is very easy to learn ,has an intuitive interface so when i had an idea and found about Mockflow i could easily sketch my idea

 ### 18. Because it is easy to use or has user friendly gui and as i am fresh in this work i find it easy.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ekta S. | Working as a student only, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

It has various features giving only in 1 tap like handdrawn fireframing, bootstrap etc
I use it make a hand drawn fireframing.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

As i tried it after woring on other software like this but i wouldn't get easy to work with that so..
I don't find any additional requirement till now in mockflow.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am making my app wireframe as i am student of software development but in our course this part not be teach till now. So i find it very easy to use for beginners

 ### 19. Insane

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corentin H. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Features available in the tool. There is a lot of things you can do and pretty quickly.
You can do many things in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I do not dislike it, but the fact that you have only three mock flows for the free version (and that's normal)
The tool on the web version is a bit slow

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Have a good web browser

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gain of time.
I got a straightforward projection of my project when the development will be finished.

 ### 20. MockFlow, a great Tool for UserFriendly Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

MockFlow is one of the best tools available on the market. If what you are looking for is to create a user-friendly app, it may lack some functionality, but that is covered with the multiuser capabilities that can link the IT team with the Marketing one in a way that before would require meetings and discussions

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Mockflow is designed to make mockups of apps, which is great up to a point because it doesn't have any functionality if you are looking for something more "advanced."

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Feel free to try all the options!

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating mockups to make presentations to the investors is the principal use that we have to mock flow, as it fits great with the PowerPoint "way" of presenting data.

 ### 21. Easy to learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul C. | PM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

It's easy to learn. You can share the mockups and the interaction between links.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

There are some specific details that can't be configured like the position of the icons in a button.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Use to create your mockups before starting a development project. It's better to be sure that you will achieve the expected goal for your clients and then only be focused on creating the project based on the mockups.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To create mockups for upcoming projects.

 ### 22. Quick yet comprehensive prototyping!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharath K. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

The most significant advantage is the "plug-and-play" idea with components from different platforms. The marketplace is a fantastic resource to find the right UI component to use.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

I've had some issues with authentication a few times, and I would love to see a more personalized experience based on my current working project. For example - If I'm working on prototyping a material design-based application, I would love to see recommendations of better design ideas or the use of right components.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm building a complex web app with Angular and Material Design. Mockflow has been fantastic in mocking initial design ideas, and we've moved from whiteboard sessions to actual implementation in record time!

 ### 23. Does Mock Flow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Ease of use. Ok, selection of elements. Able to export entire project

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

The elemenst are just ok. I want more variety and choices. Some element make no sense. ie Text is too verbose; need to add Headline. The notes are a pain also with an arrow that can obscure other elements

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to make Gray Wireframes. The Flow chart system is passable at besr

 ### 24. Very good tool for mockups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avner A. | Development and product manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

Helps me a lot as a product manager to create the mockup concept I liked to show.
There are many options and abilities for it.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Im missing a app which can help with drop down and more easy drawing.
Beside that the tool is great.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a product manager, it's helps me to show the concept I liked before it goes to the stake holders

 ### 25. Easy to Use, Save Time

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

Nothing really. Has everything we need.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

Make sure it has the elements you need and then give it a try.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to collaborate earlier in the process, which ultimately brings about a better final product

 ### 26. Easy to use, very user friendly and gets the job done

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**

I like the ability to create fast and accurate mockups. I like the element choices you have to enhance the work.

**What do you dislike about Mockflow?**

The toolbox layout looks quite old-fashioned. I think it could use a good revamp.

**Recommendations to others considering Mockflow:**

You have to play around a little bit with the tools before getting the hang of it. After that, it is pretty straight forward.

**What problems is Mockflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick prototyping.

 ### 27. Convenient and Easy to use

**What do you like best about Mockflow?**
