There are many automated benefits and the AI seems to pick up good segments to clips well. In other apps this can be hit and miss. You can edit, auto clip, caption, and write your social media posts with AI based on the video itself. Great combo. They are obviously working hard to make this a great tool. I'm really excited to be in early on this great product. They are response to inquiries when you reach out, and the interface isn't hard to use at all. Super easy dashboard. I signed in, uploaded a video and was on my way pretty quick, no complicated implementation. I love that i can sign into my social media accounts and post right from the account. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** They are obviously still in development as there are some glitches and it lags out, this is pretty common with apps that gain quick membership through publicity and are popular. But the real win here is the multi tasking tool. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's working out of the box and ready to go. I can post quickly and accurately from the account and not have to use multiple tools to edit, caption the post on social, and subtitle the video. Also I don't have to go externally to get my assets for the video, it does it all. Let alone it has folders to organize my work, different methods of posting. This app rocks. ### 2. We've used it for a couple months and have noticed a big jump in our views. The new timeline feature makes editing more comfortable by allowing you to see everything and adjust it with a click. Being able to automate everything, down to adding b-roll and emojis, is fantastic. I'm excited for the future of this product and hope to see more features added. I use this 2 -4 times a month when we have our local information webinars through the Oscoda Buzz Hub. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** I wish there were more freedom on the lingth of created clips. Maybe up to 5 minutes. Who they chose for a review website becasue G2's AI sucks at finding authentic reviews. I don't like that there is no real help section. There could be some sort of instructions other than upoload your video and click some settings. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's cut the time for editing videos in half. Using this type of format has made our views jump and it's incredibly easy to use all of the features. I can edit my shorts, add emoji's find b-roll footage, create subtitles, all automatically inside one dashboard. That's something I always look when adding it to my workflow is, "How is it going to save me time and money?" Speaking of saving time, being able to post directly to my social media or schedule it (which we all love to have) is a serious bonus. I just started to recaption in videos in Spanish and German because I found out there were large pupulations around us which helps us reach more people. I'm still a newb and haven't checked out the AI writing and blog posting looks promising. They just dropped new features recently that I still have to checkout like an article writer. The automatic removal of my um's and pauses is outstanding. ### 3. It makes it easy to get these shortform videos out. My specialty is in audio not video editing. Many of them have delayed or halted development. Some would cut off the clip mid-way, others would not find relevant/good parts of the videos to clip. Support sucks and is not kind. They act friendly but they definitely do not care about the quality of support. It has its issues, but it also has a lot of promise. I hope development continues; I have enjoyed it so far. ### 4. However, the customer service is lacking, not responsive and not fast enough. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** The Custumer Service unfortunately is the downside of this sofware. Respond time is crazy slow. For a software that you will use every day, or week, you need your issus fixed fast. Also, crutial bug: Purchase button not working??? Not being able to purchase additional minutes or upgrate your plans in-app is insane! We are in a time-crunch. It really speeds up the processes of selecting valuable shorts. The AI tools such as trimming silences, adding b-roll and emojis, and adding captions makes it even faster. The built-in social media scheduler enables you to post right from the app - no downloading and uploading to somewhere else to post. If you are editing interview-style videos, it easily splits the screen so you can feature both speakers, or just focus on one. And finally, having access to both the timeline and transcript editors makes it so easy to create exactly what you want. And as an extra bonus, if you're creating for different brands, it's very easy to create different brand kits within the software. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** Well, I really wish that AI could read my mind and make things exactly how I want without any input from me, but I still have to go in and tweak to my liking. So, it's not instant, but Minvo definitely makes it as easy as possible to create things how you want them, first allowing the AI to do the heavy lifting and then easily being able to tweak it. Also it takes a little time to upload, and to process long videos, so just plan accordingly. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not done much video in the past, and very rarely shorts. When Google podcasts switched over to Youtube podcasts, our podcast suddenly found itself on a video channel. I like the speed at which Minvo has improved in the last month. The team is ultra responsive and dedicated to making this great. AI suggestions for content are generally good and tweaking the edits is very simple. Minvo can automatically detect faces to focus the camera where it should, it can automatically add Emojis to your content. The subtitles look interesting and they are usually very accurate. I have used it weekly since signing up and have so much more content to fill my social media feeds with. I believe this needs to be optimized. To avoid getting bored while waiting, I upload all of my videos and then go to sleep. When I wake up, all of my videos are finished rendering. However, this feature is crucial to remember because fast rendering translates to money. No matter how well-built your app is, if the customer has to wait, they get bored. In Lean methodology, waiting is considered a waste, so keep that in mind. I hope they will be able to improve it, which I believe they can deliver in a couple of weeks. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a business owner, one of my main responsibilities is to generate content for both my own business and for my clients. Thanks to Minvo, I have managed to simplify the process of creating videos for both parties. The procedure involved creating a script and uploading it to BigVu (another tool that I used). Next, I instructed my clients to record themselves for 10-15 minutes using the teleprompter feature and then to upload the video back to BigVu. Subsequently, I downloaded the content and uploaded it to Minvo. Voilà! Content creation made easy. I operate two businesses - one in software development and the other in trucking, along with a digital marketing agency. First of all, the UI/UX of Minvo is very solid and feels like a finished product, unlike some other services. The transcripts are accurate for the most part, and thats in Swedish, I can only image English is way more accurate. The caption actually look good, just like the typical Alex Hormozi videos and not just text that is flat. It's hard to explain but the look and feel of the animations is just so smooth. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** If theres some feedback that I would like to see get better its 1. Change time of subtitles. Sometimes its a bit to early or late, I would like to be able to drag the captions on the timeline to where I want them 2. Things such as - selecting the video segment to convert into reels; then adding subtitles to it; then adding emojis or broll; writing catchy titles. 2. Good transcription in English - Minvo's trsnscription is quite accurate for English language almost 95% - 96% accuracy is there. In my reels very very few words were misspelled & most of them were proper nouns. 3. Easy to use - All I did was upload it to Minvo & wait for few minutes. Everything is done in that time. When we come back most of the work is pretty much done. All we have to do is check for the spelling errors if any & proceed with the downloads. 4. Timeline editing - We can edit the video using the timeline. And it does that pretty good. **What do you dislike about Minvo?** Although Minvo is really great, there are some things which we found that could be improved. Things such as - 1. No folder structure for different brands - Initially it's not a problem, but when we will add more videos, it may become difficult to manage. 2. The highlighted text color has to be edited one by one. There is no way to edit that color or at least we could not find it. 3. Slow speed - Sometimes it takes lots of time to process even a 10 - 15 minute videos. These are the things that can be improved I believe. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Minvo our process was for creating shorts or reels was way manual. We had to do everything manually like - editing a video in a software; then getting it's transcription in another software; then uploading both into third video editing software; edit & add titles and branding and other things to it; then render that & then publish. After Minvo, things are very simple & are done in 1 or 2 steps. All we have to do is upload the video; check for the spelling errors; then publish. ### 18. I am forced do record video on my phone and after uploading, I have to edit on a desktop. **What problems is Minvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a person that hasn't done much social media content creation, Minvo seems to be an app that makes this easier. The A.I. edits my source video, which is riddled with bloopers and cleans it up. It's not perfect, but it makes it better than it was before. Now what makes Minvo even better is the combination of A.I. features with the editor. Whatever the A.I. doesn't clean up, or typos, of any imperfection, I can fairly easily fix it myself. The editor is pretty neat, because instead of scrolling through the video, I can search by the word from the transcript and edit what ever I want. I also favor the ability to implement b-roll from images and video. All in all, Minvo makes it less painful for me to turn on my camera, record myself sharing my expertise, and produce content from that that is engaging for someone who clicks on my content. ### 48.
