What do you like best?

I love that Minio works as advertised out of the box, and the Docker image integrates well into our dev and testing environments to help us build object-storage based applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There was some difficulty initially getting Minio to work in both bucket-CNAME and path-to-bucket configurations, but this is now relatively easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Object storage is often consumed as a service from a cloud provider but AWS and Google, to name two, don't provide mocked verisons that you can test with, locally. Minio helps mock these backends for development, but you could also deploy it to your own environment to run as-is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
