What do you like best?

What do you dislike?
How pricing is based and implemented. Training modules should not be limited and I shouldn't have to purchase more trainings. Customer service can be very poor as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
The videos are very informative and keep the user engaged with humour. All users are scored which will report to the IT admin to review, ask for remediation and allow for intervention/further training if a user is considered risky to an organisation. New training videos and further scenarios are added every month to allow for more in depth training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The videos consist of American actors, it would be good to see some British actors in their to appeal to the UK demographic. It would also be good to have tiered difficulties as the current training covers somewhat basic scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
The videos, albeit corny, effectively convey important information. I think it will extremely helpful for my organization. It is presented in a concise, easy to digest format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
It would be better if there were some scaled options so that the same information wasn’t provided to the Millennial workforce who grew up cautious and wary on the internet and the Baby Boomers who are less fluent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This allows us to up-skill our users and make sure they aren't liable to falling for any scams or spoofed emails that come in. We work with a lot of solicitors so this is vitally important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
