The people are great. The service is well thought out and effective. Its been a major upgrade over my general bookkeeper. The level of sophistication, dashboarding and then decision making coming out of my financial apparatus I am very happy with. I have seen DSO drop from 40 to 20, which was a pain point we identified and they helped resolve.

Honestly not a lot. I do think I could benefit from more financial guidance, fractional CFO. I have had a hard time pulling the trigger on it just based on where I am at, but they have been great at articulating the potential value and making me believe it would really benefit me.
