MikroMES Reviews & Product Details

MikroMES is a modern Manufacturing Execution System designed specifically for small and mid-size manufacturers who need real operational visibility without the cost and complexity of enterprise MES platforms. Most MES software is built for large factories with dedicated IT teams and six-figure implementation budgets. MikroMES takes the opposite approach: a focused, affordable system that a shop floor manager can deploy and start using in days — not months. The platform includes four core modules: SnapTrack — Real-time machine downtime tracking. Log downtime events, categorize causes, and surface trends so you can act on root causes instead of gut feel. Know exactly where production hours are being lost. OEE Dashboard — Live Overall Equipment Effectiveness monitoring. Track availability, performance, and quality in real time. Benchmark machines against each other and identify your biggest improvement opportunities. Pace — Production pacing and takt time monitoring. See at a glance whether each line is running ahead or behind target. Catch drift before it becomes a missed shipment. RequestRepair — Shop floor maintenance ticketing. Operators submit repair requests directly from the floor. Maintenance teams see a live queue, prioritize, and close tickets — no whiteboards, no radio calls, no lost requests. MikroMES is priced for small manufacturers, with a free tier available and paid plans starting at accessible monthly rates. There are no implementation fees, no required consultants, and no long-term contracts. If you're running your shop floor on spreadsheets, whiteboards, or pen and paper — or if your current MES is too complex and too expensive for what you actually need — MikroMES is built for you.
