At Crayon we use Bittitan for all the migrations we do for our clients. Tenant to Tenant, Exchange to M365, SharePoint Online, Team, etc. It is incredible how it works, in the last project we have done batches of 3000 users and it has done them without any problem.

We have tried many solutions on the market, but in terms of performance and ease of use, there is no doubt that it works great.
