I have used MigrationWiz for numerous migration projects (Gmail to Office 365, Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, etc.), and it has always been a success. The tool allows for pre-synchronization of mailboxes in advance, followed by a seamless final cutover on the go-live day.

MigrationWiz from BitTitan is far away the best solution to perform a tenant to tenant 0365 migration, very easy to use, their helpdesk is really reactive so you always feel supported when you have to manage an email migration.

I've done couple of emails migration over the past years, I always used MigrationWiz and it worked like a charm.
