MigrationWiz Reviews & Product Details

MigrationWiz is easy to use, having EXTENSIVE documentation for any platform you can imagine. The service and support is superb; I've even seen some of my own feature requests make it into production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like all platforms there can be hiccups and slowness for a couple hours - but I've never been hamstrung with a migration, as this is easily mitigated with good project planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands down one of the best migration tools available. Whether you’re moving mailboxes, documents, or entire workloads, it makes the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The cloud-based platform is intuitive, secure, and highly efficient, saving both time and effort. I was especially impressed with the automation capabilities and the minimal downtime, ensuring a seamless transition for end-users. Support is also top-notch, with detailed documentation and responsive assistance when needed. Very reliable migration solution without a doubt! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I haven’t used before!!! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz is a 100% cloud-based solution, requiring no on-premises hardware or installations. Its intuitive interface makes migrations straightforward, even for users with limited technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz operates on a per-user, per-migration pricing model, which can get expensive for larger migrations. Unlike some competitors that offer flat-rate or bundled pricing, costs can increase if multiple passes or re-migrations are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz by BitTitan is a top-notch cloud migration tool that simplifies data transfers across platforms. It's user-friendly. We've used it for two significant migrations, one with 400 users and another with 2000 users, and it handled both seamlessly. The platform is fast, secure, and reliable, making it an excellent choice for businesses of all sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up MigrationWiz for migrating to a Microsoft 365 tenant can initially seem quite complex, especially during the first few attempts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use and the product bundles. They have a pricing for any environment the customer has. The tool is very easy to use and a very user friendly dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slow support. I have raised couple of tickets and teh resolution is a bit slow but we got the issue resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz is an essential tool to migrate any collaboration data from one tenant to another. It supports migrations from nearly every source (cloud, on-prem, O365, Google, IMAP, POP3, etc). We've used it hundreds of times to migrate data effortlessly. It supports document migrations as well and preserves source file permissions by mapping them on the destination tenant. We really appreciated the timely assistance of their engineers as well to answer any questions we have. We've tried nearly every other tool out there, and MigrationWiz is by far the best. Nothing. The tool does just about everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all, very good contact with the publisher who is very helpful with the product. We feel supported even though the tool is quite easy to handle. There are various aids and we were able to successfully complete 3 migrations thanks to this tool. We will extend our use to more M365 products in the coming weeks. There are no elements that we dislike about Migration Wiz. Just an apprehension when M365 services are slow or down. But being able to use the tool for a year allows us to wait until the M365 services are operational again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had to do a client mail migration from Zimbra to Microsoft 365. Using Migration Wizard, not only was this possible but it was also a massive success. It is definitely worth noting that for ease of effort and at the affordable rate that it goes for, MigrationWiz is well worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz documentation online was not too up to date with some modern authentication changes made to M365. But their support team assisted and we were sorted within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried multiple migration tools over the years. To migrate Google Workspace to Google Workspace or Microsoft to Google Workspace. For both cases I liked the feature of Bittitan.

Setup is okay and tracking the migration is easy to do.

Upfront I had some questions. They responded very quickly and came with some good suggestions for my migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup of Google Workspace and Microsoft takes some time. But, the other tools I tried, also had that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a good and stable tool for migrating Mailbox and other data. Once setup is complete, you have several functions to migrate your data (Verify Credentials, Test-Migration, Pre-Stage-Migration, Full-Migration, Error-Retry) and it is easy to use. There are several possibilities to integrate the tool with your source/destination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After starting a job (Verify Credentials, Test-Migration, Pre-Stage-Migration, Full-Migration, or Error-Retry), the job will be queued automatically and can't be forced, so you lose a lot of time here. It would be great to start the jobs immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
