As a Microsoft Solutions Architect, MigrationWiz is a great cost-effective tool to migrate our client's mailboxes. We've migrated to/from Google to O365 or even from one O365 Tenant to another. The ability to stage the mailbox copies really helps with the cutover time. I have heard some of my business partners having issues with the Outlook Profile migration tool having issues with the newer authentication requirements coming from Exchange but haven't personally experienced it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Last year, we were migrating one of our customers from Google Workspace Email to an On-Prem Exchange using another 3rd party tool. Unfortunately, this tool did not help us to complete the migration due to numerous issues on their software. Thereafter, we opted for MigrationWiz after carefully reviewing. The team quickly helped us by providing free trial licenses to explore the solution and get the hands-on experience. Well, at the end we were able to complete the migration within 8 days flawlessly (whereas the previous vendor dragged it for more than 3 months). The migration tools, whether for messaging or SharePoint Online (MS365) content, are incredibly effective! A huge time-saver when moving your email contents from one system to another (e.g. from Google to MS365), and/or from one storage space to another, whether within the same tenant or across tenants. Furthermore, their team is efficient, responsive, and always provides solutions to your requests. We have been using these solutions for over 10 years with great satisfaction. I regularly use BitTitan to migrate my clients' data from Google and IMAP to M365, and I can only recommend the tool. For those starting out, the site has a collection of very comprehensive guides that allow you to easily carry out your first migrations from A to Z. I find the interface intuitive, which facilitates the quick configuration of migration projects. I also like the real-time tracking with detailed reports for each mailbox we migrate to easily resolve any errors we may encounter. We have been migrating our clients to MS365 for a year, and MigrationWiz was recommended to us by a friend: it saved us hours of work by automating the synchronization of source mailboxes (IMAP, third-party EXCH Online, or MS) to MS365. I had scheduled my migrations during the holiday season to take advantage of this most favorable period for migrations, and I must emphasize that the support was very responsive during this time. This issue was quickly addressed by the support team, who managed to resolve the migration anomaly. The support was present and responsive during the two migrations I had to carry out.
