MigrationWiz works very well and is low-maintenance once configured appropriately. If you are having trouble, support has been great with working through any errors or other problems we have had. There is a slight learning curve with MigrationWiz. In order to get BitTitan migrations working properly, you may have to work with support. The migration tool is easy to setup and has great documentation to walk through the process. BitTitan is also quick to update its processes to align with Microsoft's own changes (e.g. changing from Impersonation for email migration to API-based due to Impersonation deprecation). BitTitan's documentation is also clear on precisely which components of your resources will/will not migrate, leading to better management of customer expectations for post-migration. Licensing structure is easy to navigate and various bundles help with a range of migration complexities. The error messages are not always helpful and I need to occasionally reach out to BitTitan support to get more detail for troubleshooting. I wish the same error details were provided within the UI for me to troubleshoot issues on my own much quicker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used MigrationWiz to migrate hundreds of mailboxes to Microsoft 365, and in all cases, the process went smoothly without any issues or missing files. As someone who has used BitTitan on multiple email migration projects, I can say with confidence that this tool has worked well. From the first time I used it, I was impressed with its ability to simplify otherwise complex and tedious processes.

I had the opportunity to perform a migration from two different Exchange Online tenants and one SMTP source tenant to a single Exchange Online tenant, including multiple mailboxes and shared mailboxes.

As Microsoft evolves rapidly on multiple security aspects, it can sometimes be difficult to determine whether an issue comes from Microsoft, my configuration, or the source/destination mailbox.
