The platform is user-friendly, with a well-structured interface that simplifies even the most complex migration projects. Whether it’s email, data, or full tenant-to-tenant migrations, BitTitan provides a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.

One of the standout features is the automation and reporting capabilities, which help keep track of every step in the process. The pre-migration assessments and post-migration reports make it easy to identify potential issues and ensure a successful migration. The support team is also responsive and knowledgeable, providing timely assistance whenever needed.

Overall, BitTitan has been an invaluable tool in our IT operations, and I highly recommend it to any organization looking for a robust and efficient migration solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz is a great tool for seamless migrations, but there are some areas that could improve, like more detailed error reporting, better speed optimization. Overall, it’s a solid choice for IT teams looking for automation and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently used MigrationWiz to migrate our Office 365 accounts from GoDaddy to Microsoft, and the experience was outstanding. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal downtime. MigrationWiz's user-friendly interface made it easy to set up and monitor the migration. Even though I didn't opt for their support service, they assisted me in the onboarding process and also replied to the tickets very quickly. I have migrated almost 4 Domains and 60 mailboxes from GoDaddy to Microsoft without losing a single bit of data. The tool handled all the complexities of the migration seamlessly, ensuring that all our data, including emails, calendars, and contacts, were transferred accurately. I highly recommend MigrationWiz for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free migration solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One suggestion is that if I run out of licenses, I can't purchase them directly from the portal. I need to ask for a quote again. I hope they can also bring an option to add licenses directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During my time working on many migration projects involving thousands of users I've worked with many tools a lot, and as a byproduct have come to be used to a lot of pitfalls and limitations that many tools have. MigrationWiz is a tool I have used many times and is my go-to mail and OneDrive migration tool, due to it giving clear and concise errors during the migration, and the support being readily available to give advice. The tool itself is well documented from implementation through to how to do migrations and does give clear knowledge of any limitations that may have come up due to MS Changes (which are proactively investigated and worked on by their dev team) allowing you to prepare. There is not much I don't like about MigrationWiz, as the main issues are due to changes Microsoft make or Microsoft throttling. The dev team do a great job of updating their features to keep up with these changes, however, MigrationWiz' DeploymentPro only currently reconfigures the Outlook profile, leaving Teams, OneDrive and M365 Licenses to be done by custom solutions. The tool is extremely practical! Create the client, define the source and destination, assign the licenses. Then you can enter the mailboxes to migrate and proceed with a simulation if the credentials are accepted. The scheduling is very simple and the migrations run smoothly. The next morning, what a comfort to have a precise report of what worked and the few elements that failed (often just spam or emails over quota). Calendars, tasks, contacts, everything migrates wonderfully between two Exchange mailboxes. (Private Exchange to Office 365 included) The simplicity and efficiency of the tool make MigrationWiz just essential for us. We recommend it without hesitation. A little extra bonus, the sales service is very responsive and available to listen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the MigrationWiz side, nothing to report, the configuration time on the Microsoft side is a bit long, there are about ten steps to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MigrationWiz makes cloud migrations incredibly smooth with its intuitive interface and automation capabilities. The ability to pre-stage migrations minimizes downtime, ensuring a seamless experience for end users. Its support for multiple platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, makes it a versatile tool. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and error logs, which help with troubleshooting and ensure transparency throughout the process. Overall, it saves time, reduces complexity, and improves migration efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Error Logs Collection and verify. rest all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is so easy to implement/configure and initiate the migration. Whenever there is a technical issue, their support is top notch to resolve them. They know their stuff, at no particular time did I raise a ticket and have to go back and say the suggested solution/troubleshooting technique did not work..It was a ask once and get a resolution once kind of seamless support. I loved how their team takes their time to internalize the issue at hand and give conclusive responses. Also, when I had incorrect users added in the migration setup environment, the tool is so easy to operate in that I just edited the address to whatever I wanted and migration got complated. Also, when the switchover was done, I was able to interchange the source and destinatiion accounts in order to fetch anything else left behind. The fact that it does not duplicate content makes this the most powerful tool I have ever used to perform a migration. Migrating content from archive on one tenant to another archive in another tenant is such a cool feature. I would highly recommend BitTitan to anyone looking to migrate from one M365 tenant to another tenant. The subscription is also annual which means you can always go back to the migration environment and redo the migration as many times as possible without fear of duplication. The tool is so straightforward I do not have any dislikes about it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using MigrationWiz by BitTitan was a seamless and stress-free experience for our migration projects. The tool exceeded our expectations by delivering both efficiency and ease of use, simplifying processes that could have been complicated otherwise.

One of the standout features of MigrationWiz is its intuitive interface, which made the setup and execution of migrations straightforward, even for team members with limited technical expertise. The platform ran smoothly throughout, with no disruptions or unexpected challenges, and the robust documentation served as a great resource when fine-tuning specific configurations.

We also appreciated the scalability and versatility of the tool, which adapted perfectly to our needs. On top of that, the BitTitan support team deserves praise for their professionalism and quick responses, ensuring that any questions were resolved promptly.

In short, MigrationWiz by BitTitan is a powerful, reliable solution that we would confidently recommend to anyone needing a dependable tool for migrations. It’s an investment that guarantees both time savings and peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced Configurations: Some features require a higher level of technical expertise, which might pose challenges for less experienced teams.

Speed for Large Migrations: In some cases, large-scale migrations took longer than anticipated, even under optimal conditions.

Limited Real-Time Insights: The dashboard could benefit from more granular, real-time progress tracking for better oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
