"Midaxo powers our M&A process for our team"

What do you like best about Midaxo?

Midaxo makes it easy to engage with Sellers and allow them to respond to requests, upload required diligence materials, and track all communications related to those activities. "Comprehensive Platform for Full Spectrum of Corporate Development Needs"

What do you like best about Midaxo?

The platform is very easy to use and allows for full spectrum of Corporate Development needs, from CRM to project management to serving as a Diligence platform and PMI operations portal. It's hard to find a platform that can cover all aspects well and Midaxo does it better than most of its competitors. Onboarding/implementation is also relatively easy. And, I use it daily - it's part of my workflow and my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midaxo?

There are some pieces that could benefit from updating, enhancement, including reports (the ppts are hard to create, not aesthetic and not particularly useful. I still make my own reports). And, user onboarding/permissions can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Doing more with Midaxo than just tracking projects!"

What do you like best about Midaxo?

Being able to keep organized and consistent in our tracking data has made Midaxo one of our best softwares to date. We use templates and the email shortcut on all our projects which aid greatly in review time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
