Ocassionally, the suggestions can be a bit too bulky, and need some tweaking for tones to match our nonprofit voice (keeping it mission focused and consise). It sometimes hallucinates small details if the context isn't clear, so I always double check outputs before sending or implementing them. Espeically for anything sensitive (like financial or client related info). Implementation was smooth since we're already using the 365 Ecosystem. but the inital setup prompts helped after some trial and error. Customer support is ok with Microsoft channels, but not instant like some other tools. I use it daily, though I could integrated even deeper with our M365 stack (for automation). It's packaged in our enterprise to create a safe space for our team members to share proprietary information. It's easy to use and we use it all of the time.
