**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

The standout feature for me is Microsoft Teams. It allows recording and transcription of meetings, which is incredibly useful. If I join a meeting late, I can simply ask Copilot what I missed, and it provides a summary. In Outlook, Copilot is a real lifesaver—it summarizes long email threads and even drafts emails for me. I also appreciate that I can access Copilot across all other apps, including Teams, Outlook, and MS Office.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

You can never really relax when using it, since you always have to double-check its work. Sometimes, this ends up feeling like more effort than simply doing the task yourself. I also notice that I often have to repeat myself for a particular task and ask it to ignore previous conversations, but it just doesn't do that. Additionally, when dealing with numbers, it occasionally provides incorrect calculations.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often spend hours just staring at a blinking cursor, struggling to begin a report, a presentation, or even a challenging email. Copilot provides an "Instant First Draft," making it much simpler to edit a 1,000-word report that is already 80% accurate than to start from nothing. This really helps overcome creative blocks. It also helps reduce meeting fatigue—no more dozing off during meetings. Copilot keeps track of the main points and lists everything that was discussed.

Copilot saves me hours of time and has allowed me to provide more for my clients that I was previously able to with helping me with sophisticated tasks and analysis. It's integration within all of the apps that I use is such a great asset and helps me to save even more time.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**
