**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Like with any AI generated information, it's not going to solve every problem. Information will always need to be checked and verified before put into use.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's alleviating a lot of time when editing scripts and verbage when it comes to our training, making language sound less clunky when needed. It can rewrite emails to ensure professional tone etc.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari P. | RFX Sourcer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Microsoft copilot feels like a reliable digital teammate that's always available when help is needed. It helps organize thoughts, provides clear guidance, and makes daily tasks feels lighter, faster and more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

While Microsoft Copilot is helpful, it's not always perfect. Sometimes the response can be slightly inaccurate or not fully alinged with what the user needs, so double-checking is necessary. It's a useful tool, but it shouldn't be relied on blindly, users thinking and review still matters.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Copilot helps solve everyday challenges when work feels complex and it's hard to know where to start. Whether it's a blank document, a long email or a complicated excel data, it makes task feel more manageable. ### 5. Copilot Makes Meetings Effortless with Smart Summaries and Seamless Teams Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I've been using Copilot in my daily workloads and calls for the last 6 months. Honestly couldn't live without it now!

The biggest advantage Copilot brings is the ability to summarize meetings and to take notes for me during the call, so I remain focused on the conversation at hand. This feature alone has saved me almost 3 hours daily and I am so grateful to have smart AI help me be more productive.

The UX is also intuitive and easy to find without being obtrusive. Love how it integrates very well with the rest of the Microsoft suite including Teams.

Performance is good as it starts quickly and doesn't intrude on calls.

Pricing is steep at about $25 per user per month but the ROI far outweighs the cost.

Support is easily available online and through 24/7 help services.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

The interface is clean but the impact on memory is high. Copilot needs a large memory pool to run and it might slow the system down if there are many apps open.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me remain focused on my meetings and automatically captures notes, distills actions and sends helpful reminders to me.

This has helped me be more productive and has boosted my daily productivity by 30%.

I appreciate that Microsoft copilot allows for security features, and the ability to maintain and improve data within my other programs in my business

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

I do not feel as confident in Microsoft copilot for content, creation, and insights. It feels more of a task, oriented AI, as opposed to a strategic support option.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft copilot helps me navigate through spreadsheets and completes tasks in a more efficient may for me that are outside of my regular scope of knowledge. It also does a wonderful job of providing efficiency by summarizing emails and other content.

Microsoft Copilot saves me a lot of time by cutting down on repetitive work. It also helps me stay organized more quickly, without requiring any extra effort on my part.

Microsoft Copilot helps solve the pain points of everyday office work: too much manual effort, scattered information, and time wasted on repetitive tasks.

  ### 8. Helpful Assistant for Notes and Emails, but Still Needs Proofreading

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel H. | Director of Workplace Effectiveness and Sustainability, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

It is great to have an assistant. I recently had surgery and was unable to type and use my computer in a traditional way. It helped me get notes and continue to send emails, functioning as I usually do!

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

This isn't a stand alone product that takes the place of humans. It does still make mistakes and you do still need to proofread and check its work.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was worried about having to take time off work and not being as productive after surgery but haven't noticed a difference (nor has anyone else!)

  ### 9. Seamless Office Integration That Streamlines My Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan V. | Worship Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I like that it is integrated into all of my Office products. Having it inside the application makes it more streamlined and prevents me from switching between tabs.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

I think the integration with Excel is pretty subpar. Or perhaps I can't figure out the correct prompt. But rarely does it create the table or write the formulas that I ask for. Eventually I just do it myself.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Outlook, it's helped craft emails in lots of different situations. In Powerpoint, it's helped me generate images and create new designs.

  ### 10. Seamless Productivity Boost with Smart, Context-Aware Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sivasankaran P. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how it makes getting work done faster and easier by giving smart, context-aware suggestions right where I’m already working. It helps with writing, summarizing, and generating ideas without needing to switch tools, and its integration with Microsoft 365 apps means the whole workflow feels seamless and natural.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

What I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its value really depends on frequency of use—if I’m not using it constantly across Microsoft apps, it doesn’t always feel worth it. The ease of implementation can also be a bit frustrating, especially when enabling it across different tools or accounts. On top of that, responses can be hit or miss and often need refining, which reduces the time savings I expect.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Copilot solves the problem of time-consuming tasks like writing, summarizing, and analyzing information across Microsoft 365 apps. It helps me draft documents, create presentations, and generate ideas much faster than doing everything manually. This saves me time, reduces repetitive work, and makes it easier to stay organized and productive throughout the day.

  ### 11. User-Friendly App with Superior AI Responses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameer S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I like most about this app is that this is very User Friendly and it gives better responses compared to the other AI Tools available in the market. It easily do all the tasks that i ask it to do.The best thing about it is that it also get linked to various applications and do the tasks inside it.I use it frequntly in my laptop and mobile and its very easy to use . It also has AI based customer support which is very good and solves the issues using chat. It can be implemented with just email.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Sometimes it do not give the correct output even after many attempts and then it makes me very frustrated just because of that and then i have to shift to other AI tools for getting results. And its costly for premium features.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Copilot is helping me in my daily tasks in my laptop and it is also attched with github copilot so it also helps in arranging the repositories of the github and i also create thumbnails and images from this copilot and it gives good results.

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

So many times I need to write a sensitive email or professional email and Copilot helps generate exatly what I need after a few prompts.

A few times I tried to get an image redrawn and it failed getting what I wanted.

Solving my problem of forming a politically correct and professional email to parents and teachers has been the best tool.

  ### 13. Seamless M365 Integration with Context-Aware Summaries and Instant Document Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Technical Engineer (Cloud, AI), Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

Microsoft Copilot integrates seamlessly across the entire M365 ecosystem—Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and even the Microsoft admin center. What stands out most is how well it understands context: it can generate accurate summaries, rewrite content, and help create documents instantly, which makes day-to-day work feel much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Some outputs still need Microsoft-level editing, especially for very technical or organization-specific tasks. Deep data analysis in Excel is improving, but Copilot sometimes struggles with advanced formulas or multi-sheet relationships, so I still have to double-check and refine the results.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it on a daily basis. For almost every task in my job, it helps eliminate time-consuming manual work, such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, summarizing long conversations or documents, writing reports, analyzing data, and searching for information across the M365 tenant.

  ### 14. Accessible Desktop Guidance That Helps You Get Tasks Done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

Sometimes i find that copilot will struggle to find the correct data i need to carry out my task. Also it can answer a question incorrect which is a pain.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find copilot is good at supporting you with excel, word and other microsoft tools. It guide you on how to create certain items.

  ### 15. A Game-Changer for Meeting Summaries and Action Items in Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo L. | Project Manager, Sporting Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

Copilot is integrated with my Microsoft 365 workspace and has been a game changer. Being able to record your meeting and get instant summaries and insights is amazing. It's been a time saver when trying to provide action items and get engagement from the team on the call.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

The integration with external app isn't great. This creates the need of using other AI options to also have instant summaries or insights.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copilot is capable to provide options during your typing in documents like Excel and Word, which makes it easy to land on the idea and expand on the matter without leaving the application.

  ### 16. Efficient Team Integration with Swift Problem-Solving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor Y. | Tech services lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I use Microsoft Copilot for its seamless Teams integration, which really helps with proofreading large posts to public channels and answering quick technical questions. I like its ability to solve issues quickly and precisely, which allows me to complete tasks that would have taken much more time in just a few steps. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

I prefer some other AI tools specifically for creating applications through code. Microsoft should come up with a specific setting for building with code, similar to Anthropic's.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Microsoft Copilot to proofread large posts and quickly answer technical questions, saving time with its fast, precise integration.

  ### 17. Microsoft Copilot Makes Work Faster Across Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

Microsoft Copilot helps me work faster and more easily. It understands my files and emails, helps me write and summarize content, analyzes data, and works directly within Microsoft apps like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams—all securely.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Microsoft Copilot can be inconsistent at times and may return fairly generic answers. It works best when I give clear, specific instructions, and its usefulness also depends on what data it can access. Even then, I still need to manually review and verify the output, especially when the task is more complex.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Copilot helps solve the problem of slow, repetitive work. It benefits me by saving time, cutting down on manual effort, and helping me complete tasks faster and with greater accuracy.

  ### 18. Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration, But Needs Tighter, More Reliable Suggestions

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan W. | Sysadmin/Operations, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I use Microsoft Copilot inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem at a nonprofit, and what I like best is how seamlessly it integrates directly into tools I already use everyday. Like outlook for emails and teams for collab. It can help quite a bit with drafting emails quickly (especially grant requests) and suggesting automations in Power Automate that I would'nt have thought of on my own. It can also help with word/excel for docs and data analysis. The context awareness from my org's files helps emails feel more relevant and tailored, compared to a generic AI model that would need more data fed in with each prompt. Overall it boosts productivity without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Ocassionally, the suggestions can be a bit too bulky, and need some tweaking for tones to match our nonprofit voice (keeping it mission focused and consise). It sometimes hallucinates small details if the context isn't clear, so I always double check outputs before sending or implementing them. Espeically for anything sensitive (like financial or client related info). Implementation was smooth since we're already using the 365 Ecosystem. but the inital setup prompts helped after some trial and error. Customer support is ok with Microsoft channels, but not instant like some other tools. I use it daily, though I could integrated even deeper with our M365 stack (for automation).

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our nonprofit, Copilot helps solve time consuming repetitive talk and mental overload from juggling too many priorities on limited time/resources. It drafts emails and responses in seconds instead of 10-15 minutes of work. It helps me break down complex problems and help with excel syntax for processing lots of data.

  ### 19. “Copilot Has Become a Useful Part of My Daily Workflow”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vedansh A. | executive, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

What I genuinely value most about Copilot is how it removes a lot of the “mental clutter” from my day. I spend a huge amount of time switching between emails, documents, and meetings, and Copilot has become the thing that ties all of it together. For example, after a long meeting, I can ask it to recap the discussion in plain language and highlight the decisions we made. That alone saves me from having to dig through chat threads or handwritten notes later.

Another thing I really appreciate is how well it fits into my normal workflow. I don’t have to learn a new platform or force myself into a new routine—it just sits naturally inside the Microsoft tools I already use. In Outlook, it helps me take a messy, half-written email and turn it into something clear and professional. In Teams, it gives me summaries when I’m running between calls. In Word, it helps me turn an outline into a polished draft without feeling like I’m starting from a blank page every time.

The biggest benefit for me is the consistency it brings. Even on busy days when I feel overwhelmed, Copilot helps keep things moving by doing the heavy lifting on drafts, summaries, and brainstorming. It doesn't replace my work—it speeds up the parts that normally drain my time.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

The main thing that frustrates me about Copilot is that it can be inconsistent. Some days it gives me really solid summaries or helps clean up an email perfectly, and other days it completely misses the context or leaves out important details. I’ve learned that I still have to double-check everything it generates, which takes away a bit of the time savings.

I’ve also noticed that it struggles with very specific or technical topics. If the request isn’t phrased just right, it tends to produce something generic that doesn’t really help. And because it’s built into different Microsoft apps, the experience isn’t always the same—what works well in Word might not work as smoothly in Teams or PowerPoint.

Overall, it’s a useful tool, but I do wish it were more reliable and required fewer “fixes” on my end.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copilot has helped me cut down a lot of the small, repetitive tasks that used to eat up my entire day. Before using it, I spent a ton of time digging through long email threads, rewriting documents from scratch, and trying to pull together notes after meetings. Copilot handles most of that groundwork for me now. For example, it creates quick summaries of meetings I couldn’t attend, and it helps me turn rough notes into something clean and organized.

Another problem it solves is the “blank page” issue. Whether I’m starting a report, a proposal, or even just a long email, Copilot gives me a solid draft to build on so I’m not staring at the screen trying to figure out where to begin. It doesn’t finish the job for me, but it gets me started in a way that makes everything faster.

It also helps keep me more organized. Instead of jumping between tools or trying to remember where certain information was discussed, I can ask Copilot to pull together the key points. That has made my workflow a lot smoother and has reduced the stress of trying to keep track of everything.

Overall, the biggest benefit is time. Copilot frees up enough of the routine work that I can focus on tasks that actually require my judgment and attention.

  ### 20. A Great Kickstart for Planning and Purchase Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian B. | External Device Performance Consultant | Nexthink SME and Administration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I love how it can help you get started with anything. From holiday destinations to providing reviews of something I’d like to buy. Then keeping and using my information in the fiture

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

It’s new and can get things wrong. It will take time for it to gain knowledge on everything

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing documents. I’m not very literate so it really helps. Then lots around what to do when visiting lications

  ### 21. Effortless Workflow and Time Savings with Microsoft Copilot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rushabh D. | SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Copilot is how efficiently it helps me gain clarity on information. It condenses lengthy chats, emails, and documents into straightforward points, saving me considerable time. I also find it valuable for drafting responses, whether I'm preparing an email, composing meeting notes, or coming up with quick content ideas. Rather than having to switch between different tools, everything I need is integrated directly within the applications I already use, making my daily workflow much smoother and faster.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

One aspect where Copilot could be enhanced is its accuracy when handling specific or complex information. At times, the responses seem a bit generic, which means I often have to double-check the details myself. Additionally, the results can change depending on the context, so it sometimes takes several prompts to achieve the desired outcome. Improved personalization and a more thorough grasp of company-specific data would make the experience much more efficient.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a software developer, I find that Copilot significantly reduces the time I spend on repetitive or manual tasks. It assists me in generating boilerplate code, creating function templates, and explaining code snippets, which helps me save considerable time during debugging. Additionally, Copilot is useful for summarizing lengthy project discussions and documentation, allowing me to avoid reading every detail. Overall, it accelerates my development process, enhances code quality, and minimizes context switching, enabling me to concentrate more on solving real problems instead of routine work.

  ### 22. A Secure Enterprise Space for Sharing Proprietary Information

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren M. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

It's packaged in our enterprise to create a safe space for our team members to share proprietary information. It's easy to use and we use it all of the time. I found it very easy to set up and get started immediately. There are plenty of tutorials on the microsoft website including an adoption plan with a slide deck and entry prompts!

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

It's not as fast as Claud and we have to pay for individual user licenses in addition to our 365 user licenses.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it mostly improves production time and creative efficiencies. We look forward to expanding.

  ### 23. Microsoft Copilot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh B. | Junior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

I like photo generation of Microsoft Copilot. Photo generation is very fast and realistic. Also if we asked about any information to Microsoft Copilot it provides information very fast with minimum characters.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

I don't like about Microsoft Copilot is about it has not a deep research features. If I want a lengthy answer of a question then Microsoft Copilot answer with very few characters. Microsoft Copilot don't answer a lengthy question with step by step.

It saves time by automating repetitive tasks like drafting content, summarizing discussions, and analyzing data. Copilot responds to natural language, making complex tasks easier for users. ### 47. Cost-Effective AI with User-Friendly Experience and Free GPT-5 Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KOSTIANTYN S. | Creative Copywriter, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?**

Since I started to use AI, a problem has appeared in choosing a provider with a plan that saves cost. But it depends on whether I use a service every day to cover limits. If paying for the year, and limits are not out, the gap is visible. So, it was a reason not to continue a subscription to my last provider of GPT-4.
Now, when I use five AI chatbots, I find it good to save money by using economy plans. Microsoft Copilot gives it, providing access to GPT-5 for free—at least, I didn't pay for it. Whether I don't require extra limits, I can evaluate other sides like a user-friendly dialog. Even in a fast version, it gives responses humanely. Of course, what to pay attention to is its propositions for continuation, if the result is to be completed.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?**

Meanwhile, I find no moments to claim because I use a free version. There are no mentions of what limits a free version has, so it would be better to have a spare chatbot in case the conversation time expires abruptly.
Occasionally, the chatbot responds with stubbornness, e.g., you can't change any personal data during the conversation, even if it doesn't seem correct.

**What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating content and organizing thoughts

It also relies heavily on the quality of the prompts I provide, so if my question isn’t clear or specific enough, the output may end up not being very useful.
