"Efficient for Quick Answers but Needs Faster Response"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I use Microsoft Copilot for normal conversions and finding simple answers, similar to Google Search. I find it easy to drag my answers with the AI. Its special features like deep research are very useful for detailed answers. The podcast features help me understand some research topics, and I also use the quiz feature for passing time. It provides valid and useful information while being a great way to pass time and gain more information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it takes time for answers, and I get stuck with it. For example, when I need answers for 30 questions and have a time limit, it gets stuck, which makes my time taken worse. it needs some more improvements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Seamless Copilot Across Teams, Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is integrated with all of my work documents, such as Teams, Emails, and Files saved in OneDrive or SharePoint. I like being able to easily search my work content and come up with Copilot answers grounded in what I'm actually working on. Now that you can leverage multiple models like Opus or GPT, it's powerful to be able to switch between models or compare results across models. The UI is great and gives you options to use as a stand alone app, in the web browser, or in Teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

N/A. The only downside would be if your company does not use Microsoft products or if your organization has blocked certain connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Assistant for Recruiters"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its ability to quickly summarize information, draft professional communications, and help analyze resumes against job requirements. It saves time on repetitive tasks such as creating candidate summaries, rephrasing emails, and identifying key qualifications, allowing me to focus more on candidate engagement and delivering quality talent to clients like John Deere, Mondelēz, and Abbott. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that it can sometimes miss important context or make assumptions when analyzing resumes, job descriptions, or drafting communications. As a recruiter, I still need to carefully review the output to ensure accuracy and relevance. Improving industry-specific understanding and providing more consistent, context-aware responses would make it even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use in 365, with Surprisingly Helpful Next-Step Suggestions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Easy to use. I can have it read documents for me, as well as notes and other content, and then suggest next steps for sales or ideas for trade marketing materials. I’ve found the suggestions are often counter-intuitive, or at least things I might not have considered on my own. While it’s not always perfect with the information it spits back, I still find it useful within 365 and for general use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes the information I receive is outdated, not current, or contextually incorrect, and I have to manually double-check it to see whether it suits my purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Genuinely Useful Productivity Boost with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot is a genuinely useful productivity tool in my day-to-day work. I rely on it to summarize production and maintenance reports, draft emails, and pull together information before sharing it with my team. It saves me time by turning rough notes into more polished, professional communication, and it can also answer technical questions quickly when I need a starting point for troubleshooting or research. I also appreciate how smoothly it’s integrated with Microsoft tools. Since most of our documents and reports already live in the Microsoft ecosystem, Copilot helps streamline my workflows and makes them faster overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The main drawback for me, similar to other AIs, is that its responses still need to be verified—especially on technical topics and in data analysis. At times it can give answers that sound convincing but are inaccurate or leave out important context. Another limitation is how it handles highly specialized industrial or plant-specific scenarios. While it’s useful for general guidance, it doesn’t always capture operational details as precisely as an experienced professional would. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Copilot helps streamline my sales workflow by assisting with email drafting, proposal outlines, and meeting recaps. It speeds up prep and follow‑up, improves message clarity, and helps me stay organized, which directly supports stronger client engagement and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot is helpful, but it’s not always perfectly accurate or context‑aware. I sometimes need to adjust or refine its suggestions to better match customer needs or sales messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot Saves Time with Fast Drafts, Summaries, and Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is how much time it saves me on repetitive tasks. I mainly use it to draft content, summarize long documents, and get quick answers from information that would otherwise take a while to track down manually. Its integration with Microsoft 365 apps is especially helpful because it works directly inside tools I already use every day. It’s not perfect, but for day-to-day productivity it helps me get started faster and often produces a solid first draft that I can refine, rather than having to begin from a blank page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The least helpful thing I’ve found about Microsoft Copilot is that the quality of its responses can vary a lot depending on how the prompt is written. At times, the output still needs extra editing or fact-checking before I can use it. I’ve also noticed that with very specific or technical topics, the answers can sometimes miss important context. Overall it does save me a lot of time, but there are still situations where I need to review the results carefully instead of relying on them completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Microsoft Integration for Productivity, But Less Natural on Complex Tasks"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is how well integrated it is with Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook, and Word, which makes it convenient during the workday. It’s useful for quick summaries, drafting content, and saving time on routine tasks. While it works well for productivity, I still feel some other AI tools provide more accurate and natural responses for more complex conversations and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Microsoft Copilot feels a bit inconsistent depending on the task. For simple productivity work it performs well, but for more detailed questions or longer conversations the responses can feel generic or less accurate than some competing AI tools. It can also be slower at understanding context in more complex discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot has simplified my life. From creating Excel formulas to drafting emails, from providing meeting summaries to analyzing data, Copilot allows me to use my time wisely and more productively every day. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it doesn't understand or intentionally disregards requests. I have had to call it out on occasion. Sometimes it provides incorrect information so I can't rely on it 100% and still have to do my due diligence to ensure I am passing along accurate information.
