"Reliable Device Management, Setup Hurdles for Beginners"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

I use Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management for managing and securing mobile devices, which is particularly helpful for ensuring employees can access work apps securely. I love the remote management feature and how quickly I can apply security policies to all devices. The integration with Azure Active Directory allows us to enforce policies based on user roles, making it easier to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data. It seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft services like Office 365, making managing devices much easier and saving time while reducing errors. This integration makes switching from another mobile device management solution worthwhile for its advanced security features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

One thing that could be improved is the compatibility with some third-party apps. Sometimes integrating non-Microsoft apps can be a bit tricky and it requires extra steps to make sure everything works smoothly. Also, the setup process can be a bit overwhelming for beginners especially when managing large numbers of devices. I think one area that could be improved is the user interface for setting up complex policies. Sometimes it feels like there are too many steps to get everything right especially for new users. It would be great if Microsoft could make the process a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Management with Intune"

What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

I love Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management for its ability to radically simplify app lifecycle management for IT admins through a centralized, secure, prepacked catalog. This saves time, reduces complexity, and improves security by automating updates for 1st party and 3rd party Windows apps across the platform. I appreciate the seamless zero-touch device setup with Windows Autopilot and the integration with M365 for core app management, which leverages app protection policies to secure data within the apps. Additionally, the initial setup of Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management was very nice and seamless, and I rated it a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable enterprise endpoint management with excellent integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

Microsoft Intune provides a unified and reliable way to manage all corporate devices and applications across platforms. The integration with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 makes user onboarding and policy enforcement effortless. Conditional access, compliance policies, and remote wipe features ensure data protection without overcomplicating daily management. I especially appreciate how easy it is to automate configuration profiles, deploy applications, and monitor device health through the admin center. It’s a complete toolset for enterprise mobility and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

The portal can feel a bit slow at times, and the interface is split between the legacy and new admin experiences, which can be confusing for new admins. Some advanced reporting still requires Power BI or Graph API. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall functionality and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
