I really appreciate Microsoft Entra ID's ability to group users together in AD Groups and its integration with other apps via Enterprise Applications. This has been very helpful for us, especially with our application, Genesys Cloud. We've found that EntraID (which replaced Azure AD) is super integrated and easy to implement. It's built into our M365 subscriptions and the customer support is phenomenal. For most of our daily products we rely on it under the hood. It has a ton of features that allow us to manage license assignments and automate group allocations and permissions and roles across various products.
