I often use microchip ide and ic's for verious project. the best thing about microchip technology is simplicity and proper example for api. **What do you like best about Microchip Technology?** - Simple and easy to use interface - Best gui for generating peripheral codes by just one click. (MCC, mhc, tcpip stack etc) - Easy and user friendly IC finding tools to suit requirment. **What do you dislike about Microchip Technology?** - Files get lost or filled with null when power failure. We did Free RTOS, PWM-based projects and control stepper motors using pic18 and pic32mm microcontroller. **What do you like best about Microchip Technology?** Quality and Reliability. Support for c/c++ based compilers. Development tools.
