MicePro is hotel sales software designed to streamline MICE operations by automating event requests, proposal generation, and group booking tracking. It replaces scattered emails and spreadsheets with a unified system, featuring an instant estimator for quick quotes and a smart proposal generator for personalized offers. The e-proposal tool tracks client engagement, including proposal views and clicks, with PDF download options. A sales dashboard provides real-time insights into leads, follow-ups, and revenue performance. MicePro integrates with Property Management Systems and CRMs for automatic data synchronization, while hotels without PMS systems can manually add rooms, meeting spaces, and services. A white-label option allows hotel groups to customize the platform with their branding. Lead generation powered by Midstay connects hotels with companies planning events. Supported by a dedicated team, the cloud-based system ensures data security and ownership.
