It eliminates the back-and-forth of emails by letting clients book appointments directly through a customizable booking button or link that integrates seamlessly with your website and social media. The video call feature is smooth—no downloads needed—and supports screen sharing and session recording, which is perfect for coaching or consulting. **What do you dislike about MeetFox?** It does the job well, but hasn't been developed much in recent years. **What problems is MeetFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can use MeetFox for free or paid video meetings. It's easy to create different options and I can embeded forms for different meeting types in websites or share via links. ### 2. I love the graphical user interface from Meetfox. MeetFox is very user friendly. **What do you dislike about MeetFox?** Meetfox does not offer toll free dial numbers for the People's Republic of China. MeetFox has a mixed response with regards to privacy and security concerns. The user interactions can be improved with MeetFox. **What problems is MeetFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** MeetFox helps my company arrange global meetings and make online interviews with key decision makers across the globe. We believe users should be aware of the criticisms, and be knowledgeable regarding the facts regarding MeetFox. E2EE is not available when I use Meetfox. I believe Meetfox can schedule and arrange for end-to-end encryption. Paying customers should control which countries the phone calls are routed. I hope the phone calls are routed to a free country. MeetFox has some security glitches, and has been slow to patch updates. MeetFox has important and key features for every business decision makers. Social media streaming is available to paid users. ### 3. I was very impressed from the start with having both the video conferencing and calendar scheduling features in one membership. I found the video interface to be highly intuitive and easier to use than zoom or google meet as well as the attractive layout of the calendar scheduler. I like how simple MeetFox makes it for clients to set up an appointment and how the reminders work. I opted to do a trial and saw the many advantages of having the 2 services I need be combined into one and at a price that is half what it would cost me with 2 separate subscriptions. I am eager to offer my clients the ease of using MeetFox for all our consulting. **What do you dislike about MeetFox?** Over the 2-yr span that I have used MeetFox I found that their customer support is greatly lacking even on the Premium plan. I have had a few issues with features and the only way I found to get help is to submit a ticket which takes 2-4 days to receive a response. My latest request was an emergency situation where neither myself nor my colleague could log in to a scheduled video conference. With no live support, we resorted to a phone call instead since it would take days for an email response. But the greatest disappointment by far is with their non-existent refund policy. I pay a year in advance for the premium level. 2.5 months after my renewal I found a coaching platform whose subscription included video conferencing and scheduling. I contacted MeetFox for a prorated refund and learned that they do not issue ANY pro-rated refunds. Their response was that I am still able to use the paid services until the end of my renewal date. I am out hundreds of dollars and have a service I no longer need. Think twice about signing up for an annual account! **What problems is MeetFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to offer small group meetings and calendar scheduling in one subscription. In order to do what I offer clients, I would need to have two paid subscriptions--one for zoom and one for calendar scheduling. I was able to lock in a discounted price for the life of my subscription that meets all my needs and allows me to scale up in my consulting services. ### 4. Until recently, no more than two people could be in the meeting. Now with two people, you can meet, but it can still have difficulties. There is no softening of the video or adding a background, and the video display is not superb. **Recommendations to others considering MeetFox:** While it can be cheaper than Zoom, it has far less integrations with other software. MeetFox is a great option for small businesses and collectives to use video chatting, but not for massive conference style or workshops that would go live, as there is no streaming capability. **What problems is MeetFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meeting clients with video in a secure space that has a private link sent to them. Clients like knowing that no one else can enter the conversation, so there is a sense for privacy. They also like that they can access the meetings through their phones without having to download an app. ### 11. You can receive payments really within one hour in total : you login, you conenct it to your calendar, you customize it, you plugin to Stripe or Paypal and you embed it into your website.
