"Mediaelement.JS"
What do you like best about Mediaelement.Js?

The best feature about Mediaelement is it its synchronization capabilities which gives me a flexibility of merging and creating richer media elements for my work . It being HTML base using and working with it is not a big challenge. The plugins are also quite helpful in enriching it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mediaelement.Js?

I have used several others software's like Mediaelement and I find it to be little more complex than others like Video JS . Also often a times one doesn't need to use JS and thus it would be easier having a pure play HTML . Its complexity indeed can be spanner in several of the projects where one needs a simple and quick solutions . Also if one is doing a commercial video then a lot of sites like Vimeo, etc offer solutions to merge audio , video and others . There could be more plugins to improve on aspects of simplicity , etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent audio and video library platform"
What do you like best about Mediaelement.Js?

MediaElement.js is very easy to download and use it to run smoother videos in pure HTML. It provides support for almost every audio & video format with no issues in playing the media file.

It is very lite and responsive while installing it. It doesn’t conflict with any other previously installed plugins in your browser. I use simple tags and scripts to embed the audio & video on the website very easily. One more essential feature is that it provides online streaming support for YouTube and SoundCloud. The multiple formats like mp3, mp4, flv can be tweaked and designed to look intuitive and appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mediaelement.Js?

Its file size is little larger and that needs to be minimized. Also its learning curve takes little time to understand on how to display the content in Google Chrome. Another drawback is that there is no support for IE 8 browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
