I have enjoyed working with this program to create a custom video. Some of the pros for Medeo are that it is extremely easy to work with and very intuitive. You can browse through pre-created ideas and add your own spin on them or you can type in your idea and it will create a script, background music, and video for you. I typed in my idea with a few parameters and it created something pretty close to what I had in mind. There were a few details I wanted to have changed, and I only needed to write out the changes and it got it right after the next time around. Having one program that does the script, music, and video was very convenient instead of having to go to multiple programs and then combine everything together. I wrote out my idea without realizing I needed to log in and create an account first. When it prompted me to create an account, all of my previous work disappeared. It would be nice if you were prompted to create an account first or either you didn’t lose your idea when you made an account. It also would have been nice if it had a countdown of sorts that let you know how much longer it was going to take to create the video. Also, I was never able get an export of the video from the site, it would get to about 50% of processing and then error out. I’m not sure if I ran out of credits to do this or not, but it started the process and never finished it. Speaking of credits, the pre-created ideas are pretty reasonable pricing wise, but the custom videos will definitely burn up credits very quickly on the lower plan. I find Medeo incredibly useful for both personal and professional creative expression. It made bringing my script idea to life visually extremely easy. What stands out the most to me is the way Medeo comprehends cinematic direction and styling prompts. Additionally, the initial setup of Medeo was very simple. My key take-aways: 1) Very easy to use: Style and charahter appearance and scene setting changes are remarkably easy. 2) Professional Cinematic Use: Use of the cinematic directiona nd styling prompts are clearly understood and suggested. On the initial creation page, it could be made clearer that the video created would be generated based on the script last clicked on. Maybe, say that for a specific story, use the storyboard option? I liked the simplicity of the UI and how the ai agent visually tells you what it's doing at every step of the process. Even after providing a very throughouh prompt, I still left out some details such as music, but it still proactiveiyl suggested the best BGM for my project based on the theme, concept and story. It could use some room for improvement in the initial home page (discovery of the search bar wasn't clear at first) but once you find it, nothing can stop you from having a good time creating something. I could see the potentially being integrated with tiktok or youtube to seamlessly upload into my channels from the platform itself.

The onboarding was not there, I mean I just logged in, and was shown alot of videos but there was no "welcome" message or "do this first, then this, then this", etc. i onboarded myself. I used Medeo for AI video generation and it was really easy and fun. The editing and video creation were enjoyable because there were multiple options for every aspect of the video, from music to text to scenes, all with an AI to assist me. It solved the problem of creating a video by letting me skip all the animation and character creation, so I basically started at the editing phase. Building on top of that was super easy. At points when I wasn't sure what direction to take my video, I was able to look through the options for inspiration, like shuffling through background music choices provided by the AI. I think Medeo is a nice app for AI video generation. All I had to do was type in a few spellings, phrases, and prompts, and it generated a very beautiful AI video. I didn't even need to edit it; it edited for me. Medeo generates videos based on AI-generated pictures and has access to APIs from places like Google Nano and NVIDIA, among others. Well, you have to download the whole video in order for it to properly display the video. Of course, someone can just video record and copy without paying the tokens. But, you can try to see how the video plays out in the built-in browser depending on your hard work capabilities. But there is a few pauses, so it's not a smooth video unless you download it. I'd like a bit more control over the individual pieces of the video editing process rather than just chatting with the AI (thought that does make it incredibly simple and easy to use).
