They take the problems and break them into parts to solve them and approach the problems from different perspectives. Alongside their talented team, with immense experience accumulated in the company over the years they really add value. **What do you dislike about McKinsey?** The service is quite expensive. That may be because of the brand name along with the quality of the services. **Recommendations to others considering McKinsey:** Just give them the correct data (they check the data anyway but to make the process fast) they request on time. **What problems is McKinsey solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked to optimize the call center headcount in the bank. ### 3. McKinsey is not only helping us in the definition of these products, but also guiding us to make these things happen. Moreover, they have helped us in the acquisition of a stake holder. **What do you like best about McKinsey?** The more complex the challenge, the more they like it and the greater value they add. They are super qualified professionals, passionate and with a strategic mindset. **What do you dislike about McKinsey?** They are very intense people, hard workers, sometimes it is not easy to keep up with them. **Recommendations to others considering McKinsey:** It was a great pleasure for me to have the opportunity to work with them. **What problems is McKinsey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strategic decisions, company acquisitions (M&A), new products definition, data analysis, etc... ### 5. They build a manual with each opportunity and hand it to the negotiatiors **What do you like best about McKinsey?** McKinsey professionals are top of the line from universities like Harvard or Stanford, this professionals gave the company a brand new business perspective and helped to redefine negotiations **What do you dislike about McKinsey?** Implementation is the hardest thing in any business and it is the one that stands out the least. Our company paid a very high ticket for McKinsey consulting but wasn't able to implement 100% because it miss the small details. This is not a problem of McKinsey, is a problem of the consulting industry, that implementation is most of the time overseen. **Recommendations to others considering McKinsey:** McKinsey is the one consulting firm to have when you work in a big corporation and need to solve strategic solutions or have to validate your own ideas. It may not be the one to have if you need implementation or have a small company. **What problems is McKinsey solving and how is that benefiting you?** More profitability changing the design of process through the use of data that the company already own. ### 6. They are ready to work on any challenge and deliver it on time. **What do you dislike about McKinsey?** Cost Is too high. Also when the works are bit time consuming and needs other expertise then they bill a bit more which will be additional cost burden. **Recommendations to others considering McKinsey:** Just go for it! **What problems is McKinsey solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have a diverse team of management expertise as well as legal experts which makes it very good to solve my problem in real estate. ### 7.
