Maya by GEOChatAi Reviews & Product Details

Maya by GEOChatAi is an AI phone assistant for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Maya answers calls when nobody can pick up, calls back new website inquiries within two minutes, replies to WhatsApp messages around the clock, sends documents such as quotes or price lists, books appointments directly into the business calendar and follows up with leads. Phone and WhatsApp share one memory, so customers never have to repeat themselves. Every inquiry arrives with a summary, plus a weekly report. Built for trades, property management, medical practices, law and tax offices, car dealers, hotels, restaurants and real estate agents. The business keeps its phone number. GEOChatAi sets everything up, and founder Tim Tatlici stays the personal point of contact. Maya introduces herself as the digital assistant of the business and confirms she is an AI when asked. Available in German.
