Maven Metrics Reviews & Product Details

Private credit firms face increasing pressure to deliver accurate, transparent, and defensible valuations while managing growing portfolios and complex reporting requirements. Yet many organizations still rely on spreadsheets, fragmented data sources, and manual processes that create inefficiencies, increase operational risk, and make audits more difficult. Maven Metrics provides the core valuation infrastructure for modern private credit managers. The platform automates the end-to-end valuation workflow by integrating portfolio company data, market benchmarks, credit analytics, and documentation into a centralized system of record. Firms can establish consistent valuation methodologies, enforce governance policies, and maintain complete audit trails that support compliance with ASC 820 and IFRS 13 requirements. Maven enables teams to move beyond manual data gathering and model maintenance, allowing valuation professionals, finance teams, and investment teams to focus on higher-value analysis and portfolio oversight. Key capabilities include: • Automated data ingestion and document extraction • Centralized valuation policies and governance controls • Real-time monitoring of portfolio, credit, covenant, and valuation metrics • Comprehensive audit trails and documentation management • Transparent and explainable mark-to-market valuations • Streamlined reporting for auditors, investors, and limited partners By reducing spreadsheet dependency and increasing consistency across the valuation process, Maven helps firms improve confidence in their marks, accelerate reporting cycles, and strengthen governance across the organization.
