I love the branding of Matter and the playful style it brings. The simplicity of the chatbot integrated into our Slack makes it so easy to use, and we have become very accustomed to it. The automated birthday and anniversary celebrations are genuinely helpful. I used to keep a spreadsheet and set calendar reminders, which worked until it didn't. Now it just happens. The team gets a notification, people can add their own messages to the card, and I'm not the bottleneck. I also like that it doesn't feel impersonal even though it's automated. The messages people write are heartfelt. The whole platform has transformed how and how often we communicate to each other. It has improved communication and brought back necessary recognition company wide that was missing. The platform is easy to integrate and implement and works in connection with our current softwares.
