Plugin is light, does not affect the loading speed of a wordpress website that much compared to every other social sharing plugin I have used. You can set the icon anywhere, above, below of the article or even both. The shared count can be faked. I am not sure if this is a good thing for everyone, but it did helped out when I fake the counts. Now I remove it since it is no longer needed. **What do you dislike about MashShare?** Some functionalities are missing and you need to buy an addon which way expensive than the complete set of other social sharing plugins. **Recommendations to others considering MashShare:** Use Mashshare free version if you only need Twitter, Facebook and email shares as it is a very lightweight tool and the design comprehends well with any other wordpress themes. **What problems is MashShare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neat looking icons within the post and a very light social sharing plugin. ### 2. It only uses a bit of your server resources thus it does not affect website loading much. Settings are so simple to use and the social sharing icons, just like mashable is so clean looking and professional looking. Sharecount is also a good feature to showcase how many shares are already on that page. **What do you dislike about MashShare?** Free version of MashShare only allows facebook, twitter and email. Other features needed addons and upgrades which is quite costly for something like this feature. **Recommendations to others considering MashShare:** If you are using a social sharing plugin that drastically slows down your website, and facebook and twitter are the only social shares you need, then MashShare is the best plugin you can use to replace your current social sharing plugin. **What problems is MashShare solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Mashshare, we have found a social sharing plugin with awesome and clean looking social sharing icons and also a social sharing plugin that is not using heavy server resources. ### 3. That alone, makes it the best social sharing plugin I have ever installed. Mashshare is also highly customizable, you can set it to float or top of the bar or just below the post. I also like how I can set the preference to see when the number of likes and share updates. There's also an option to display the share count, actual or if you want to fake the social interaction, you can increase the share count. It also uses smart caching for share counts so it would not slow down your websites loading. **What do you dislike about MashShare?** Addons, a bit pricey for me. Well, MashShare is the lightest we have tried and until today we are using it. Attractive design with 3 social buttons by default, Twitter, Facebook and Subscribe Button. We have disabled Subscribe button as we have a popup notification for subscribers, and as well disabled share count, to lessen more resources. Customization is also easy and mashshare does not use external scripts to slow down your website. **What do you dislike about MashShare?** So far, we are liking it.
