The permissions management when managing projects. You need to add user by user or create a group within mango apps containing all users you'd like to manage and then the management is very difficult. The centralized notification system of MangoApps is great. In such a way, that unread messages notify me from the web application. It also integrates very well with other platforms which helps me a lot to be able to establish a good functioning in general. Another advantage of the program is its interface, it is simple, easy to understand, very well distributed tools and very fluid. I just feel comfortable using MangoApps. It is important to make a few suggestions so that the program is much better in a given time. I want to say that, it is not possible that they did not contain animated Gif, they certainly need to recreate the messages. Also, despite the fact that the notification system is optimal, I consider that it is necessary to work on the descriptions of these notifications, from time to time they do not show a message or say without attached context.
