It is fast and easy to use for us. We can review our on-premise and cloud logs in one place and set patterns to alert on when they happen and escalate problems before they become a real issue. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Log360?** I do not have any dislike for this product other than the auto update feature does not always happen. It would be great if we could set this to do a direct update on schedule but in general the manual update is quite easy too. **What problems is ManageEngine Log360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ADAuditPlus, ADManager Plus and a few other ManageEngine products.
