Very Bad, non existent customer support, no way to contact them, **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Marry S. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025 **What do you like best about MailRush?** The setup is quite easy to setup the campaign. **What do you dislike about MailRush?** I have trying to get them on Demo meeting but no one joins no matter how many times I try, just submit a support ticket which they answer after a day or so, daily cap was meant to be 1000 per day, but its around 50 or so and no idea whats causing this, as there is no spam content whatsoever in my email draft. And I dont think anyone is receiving my emails as there is no response after two months of sending emails. **What problems is MailRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not received a single response from all the campaigns i am running so I don't think any of my marketing needs are being met with this tool. ### 2. You can even monitor responses to stop/change the campaign flow. **What do you dislike about MailRush?** I wished they had a better preview of how recipients see campaigns. In our first campaign, we used the URL placeholder, and when we got a reply from a potential client, we noticed that it was a very messy URL to show, and we shouldn't have used that one in the body. **What problems is MailRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are automating cold outreach to capture/nurture potential clients. You can also keep track of interactions in case they contact you in a different channel. We don't need to do this manually, sending emails one by one. You also get a sending ip to avoid damaging your server's deliverability in case people are not appreciative of your emails. ### 4. And what I especially like is that they are giving you their own mailing IP, which has been prewarmed before, so it basically guarantees that you land in the primary inbox. And by the way, the support is fantastic. **What do you dislike about MailRush?** I would love to see more options on personalization so that it's possible let's say to personalize gifs or pictures. As well as an enrichment tool would be perfect that not only validates the emails but as well as enriches the data. **Recommendations to others considering MailRush:** I have been using other cold outreach tools before. Like Woodpecker or Yesware, although they might have more features in their arsenal. When it comes to my email deliverability, Mailrush wins. Which is the most important thing in cold outreach, getting your emails in the inboy. So yeah, go ahead try it out. Jorge and his team are amazing, they will answer any question you might have. **What problems is MailRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using MailRush as my platform for cold email outreach. I'm creating personalized campaigns for my outreach as well as integrate it will various other software that I use like, Pipedrive or GHL. ### 5.
