I like the nice UI and UX of MailOptimal. It's well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MailOptimal is lacking basic features, making it hard to use effectively. The warm-up feature doesn't work properly, causing emails to end up in spam. Emails sent to throwaway domains aren't forwarded, preventing replies. The unified inbox feature isn't functioning well, and there's no unsubscribe option. I've had to chase support for everything. Although they respond, they don't act quickly, and I've been waiting for basic features for two to three months. It's really frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
