What do you like best about Mail Warm?

This product worked well in the beginning. Then all of the sudden it stopped working and support disappeared. The software is supposed to send 40 emails per day to warm my address, but the data is showing that it sends about 5 or so. I also get littered with junk emails now. The tool does what it is supposed to do, improve email reputation and prevent emails from landing in spam. They use human-like email opening patterns so that it doesn't look unnatural. Looks pretty promising. I have a couple of domains to be warmed up. Of course, warming takes quite some time, so we will see how it will work out. UI looks pretty straightforward, thus easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
