Then all of the sudden it stopped working and support disappeared. The software is supposed to send 40 emails per day to warm my address, but the data is showing that it sends about 5 or so. I also get littered with junk emails now. **What do you dislike about Mail Warm?** There's not much to like about this mail warm. There is no support to be found, their system doesn't work, and my mailbox is littered with garbage emails. It doesn't do what it says it will. **Recommendations to others considering Mail Warm:** Look for other products out there. There are plenty of mail warming services that actually work. Stay away from mail warm as it doesn't do much of anything. **What problems is Mail Warm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to help startups get launched as fast as possible. One of the biggest frustrations is when their emails land in spam, when they aren't even attempting to spam. ### 3. Just few people marking our emails as spam had a bad impact on your email deliverability and spam score. Mail warm in just few weeks helped us get our emails go again in inbox. ### 4. They use human-like email opening partan so that it doesn't look unnatural. I hope they are able to add these 2 very soon. **Recommendations to others considering Mail Warm:** This is a very easy-to-use email warming tool that is a must if you use email addresses for transaction or outreach. **What problems is Mail Warm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a bunch of old emails that I need to get back into the pipeline and warming up and this is the perfect way to do it. Instead of having to go through each email manually, I just press a button and my old emails get a new warm and personal touch to them. I also use it for warm up emails when I'm going in for a cold email outreach campaign. I have a couple of domains to be warmed up. Of course, warming takes quite some time, so we will see how it will work out. UI looks pretty straightforward, thus easy to use. **What do you dislike about Mail Warm?** As of today, you can add inboxes only via SMTP. All the major providers are there to choose from, but they are all greyed out, so I hope that they will launch them soon. **What problems is Mail Warm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an email warmup tool for businesses. You can integrate any email accout via SMTP. Soon they will add Gmail and other providers. I use this tool to warmup my 3 business emails. ### 9. Adding new email accounts to the dashboard was quick and it is easy to see the whole process statistics in a single dashboard. **What do you dislike about Mail Warm?** Currently only available for SMTP, they are planning to integrate with Gmail / outlook / yahoo / AOL, Amazon, and a bunch of other email providers. This is pretty much the only thing I am waiting / dislike about mail warm. **What problems is Mail Warm solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the cold email game we need a well warmed-up email to hit recipient's inboxess instead of going to their spam boxes. Mail warm helps exactly that by sending mail to a network of mail addresses. ### 10. The SMTP and Gmail set-up is quite easy almost no learning curve is needed. The support doc is short but clear. **What do you dislike about Mail Warm?** As a new application. So far it only supported SMTP and Gmail. The verification email that landed on my spam folder made me a bit worried at the first point.
