I also wish it was possible to log into the same machine and save data without another steep price **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need a MacBook for a project but mine was important at the time. Macinbook provided a solution that was easy to access. ### 3. It offer a selection plans. Have no complaints about service. **What do you dislike about MacinCloud?** MacinCloud improve is in terms of pricing. Some expressed dissatisfaction due to fees aoption.lack of honesty regarding charges has diminished. **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** MacinCloud access to Mac machines for development . This benefits our business by Mac projects without requiring costly hardware. It increased productivity. ### 4. Needed to update the Excel version, asked them, they promptly did it. I am very happy with their service. **What do you dislike about MacinCloud?** I do not have any dislike or complaints regarding their service **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have a Mac and I needed one. Buy one was a very bad alternative. Their price is very ok so it saved us lot of money. ### 5. The customer support was good too when asking to install a piece of software. Nothing else to say here, it does a good job for what it is. **What do you dislike about MacinCloud?** Pay Per use billing does not seem that accurate. It doesn't update regularly, so most times you are in the dark until after you get billed. I thought, maybe I didn't log out properly and used up more hours than I thought. So the following month, I took great care to not leave the VM logged in. Still seemed inaccurate. After complaining, the company credited my account and gave me tips on how to avoid accidentally staying logged in. **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to not have to buy an apple computer to make apple builds of my software. So from that perspective, mission accomplished. But the lack of honesty in the Pay as you go has dwindled my goodwill for being a customer. ### 8. I like it **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alonso B. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2021 **What do you like best about MacinCloud?** -VMs comes with needed SDKs and configuration since creation. -Support is OK most of the time, and they reply promptly. -Pay as you go plans available. **What do you dislike about MacinCloud?** -No root access. -Have to submit tickets for VMs rebooting. -Since root access is disabled and not all the permissions are available, fixing complex npm issues is tough and support has not been helpful at all. **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** -compiling and publishing ionic framework applications, since I do not own a mac for myself, this service is very handy for mobile app publishiing and I only pay for this time I use. ### 9. First time went OK. Second time, had problems using VM machine. Cancel subscription days ahead of weekly renewal deadline but still got charged. Contested with PayPal. **What do you dislike about MacinCloud?** Subscription model with auto renew. Not responding to cancellation request. Took the time to write this review to help other companies to say away and not lose their money. Alternatives are available. Google them. For your own benefit, don't do business with Moboware **What problems is MacinCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** No MAC to publish on App Store ### 10.
