## About Lympid
Lympid is the regulated infrastructure for tokenized capital markets Lympid is a European Tokenization-as-a-Service company that enables businesses to structure, issue and distribute regulated tokenized securities across the EEA. Through its status as a registered MiFID tied agent in BaFin, Lympid brings together the regulatory, legal and technological infrastructure required to launch investment products. This includes securities structuring and issuance. Companies can launch investment products linked to real estate, private equity, private credit, startups, intellectual property, collectibles and other real-world assets through their own branded investment platform or by integrating Lympid’s infrastructure via API.

**What do you like best about Lympid?**

The whitelabel solution let us launch our tokenization offering under our own brand without building infrastructure from scratch. Onboarding was straightforward, and the compliance layer (KYC/AML integration, transfer restrictions, investor whitelisting) works out of the box, which saved us months of legal and dev work.

The B2B API is clean and well-documented. We integrated token issuance, custody, and secondary market logic into our existing platform with minimal friction. Smart contract templates were flexible enough to cover our use case without needing custom deployments.

Teams is super responsive during onboarding and the team understood the regulatory nuances of our jurisdiction, which made a real difference. They even introduced experts in the jurisdictions we choose for our specific use case.

**What do you dislike about Lympid?**

Not much compared with the alternatives. More granularity in the dashboard analytics would be welcome but they have a roadmapo to improve it.

**What problems is Lympid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was the cost and complexity of building a compliant tokenization stack in-house. We needed KYC/AML, transfer restrictions, custody, and smart contract management - doing all of that ourselves would have taken 6-9 months and required specialized legal and dev talent we didn't have.

Lympid's whitelabel product and Team support gave us a ready-made infrastructure that we could brand as our own. That cut our time-to-market down to weeks instead of months.

How it benefits us

Faster launch - we went live with our first tokenized product within a month of signing.
Lower upfront cost - we avoided a six-figure build and pay through a model that scales with usage.
Compliance confidence - the built-in regulatory tooling (whitelisting, jurisdiction restrictions, reporting) meant we weren't guessing whether we met requirements.
