LusterBook Reviews & Product Details

LusterBook is the booking and client-management system built for mobile auto detailers, with a deterministic weather engine at its center. Mobile detailers lose jobs to weather three ways: redos when humidity wrecks a coating cure, dead days from over-cautious rescheduling, and warranty claims from jobs that should never have run. LusterBook scores every booking against its service's temperature, humidity, and dew-point thresholds across the real forecast, and alerts you when a confirmed job drifts into high risk — a wash books fine in weather a ceramic coating shouldn't. Clients self-book on your own branded page. Deposits flow through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect — LusterBook never holds your funds). Confirmations and 24-hour reminders send themselves. Built mobile-first for the detailer working out of a van, not an office. The weather call is deterministic on purpose — thresholds and forecast math, not an AI guessing — because a go/no-go on a $600 coating job needs to be explainable.
