Through the dashboard I know who I'm reaching out to and exactly why. A great mix of individual outreach and large automated outreach as well. **What do you dislike about Loyalsnap?** The revenue portion could use more data such as intructor breakdown to help decipher profits earned/lost on an intructor by instructor or class by class basis to help make better informed decisions on schedule. **What problems is Loyalsnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the LoyalSnap team taking charge of the automation building it helps alleviate a lot of work so I can manage my time elsewhere. The team is super helpful and that amazing customer service has made the transition to LoyalSnap seamless. ### 2. This way no one falls through the cracks! **What do you dislike about Loyalsnap?** I would love a personalized dashboard of buckets for various team members on our staff who deal with specific client groups. **What problems is Loyalsnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Loyalsnap we were using a spreadsheet to manage leads & our communication cadence. The dashboard is also a tremendous and straightforward tool. **What do you dislike about Loyalsnap?** The only downside is the cost for full access of the program. It is excellent and you see the money in return after recapturing lost clients. As long as you use it proplery you will see an outstanding return in your investment. **What problems is Loyalsnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us manage new clients and identify "loyal users." Using Loysalsnap allows us to connect with students who maximize their intro and gives us a higher conversion rate to membership. ### 4.
