
When we first starting using it, it was a bit wieldy to use, but seemed like a better fit price wise, and function wise. It allowed us to create mailings for multiple categories for different newsletters, that we we liked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The list has recently got longer :( The setting up of "segments" was always a bit confusing, but we would figure it out. Now they have changed the pricing structure, added a cap to the mailings and the worst part is, there is not any kind of easy to access support. If you have a question it can be days before they get back to you, regardless if it's an emergency or if its billing. It makes it super difficult to count on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
