Loop ERP Reviews & Product Details

Loop ERP is a vertical ERP solution built for scrap metal recycling, aggregate, brokerage, and circular economy businesses that need more than a generic system can offer. It runs natively inside Oracle NetSuite, giving operators and finance teams a single platform that connects every part of the business — from the scale house to the general ledger. Loop was built by a team with direct experience in materials-based industries. The founders understood that businesses in scrap, recycling, and aggregates weren't being served well by off-the-shelf ERP software. Generic systems either lacked the industry-specific workflows entirely or required expensive customizations that still didn't quite fit. Spreadsheets and point solutions filled the gaps, but created new problems: disconnected data, manual reconciliation, and financial reporting that was always a step behind operations. Loop was designed to close that gap. The platform handles the full operational workflow — inbound and outbound ticketing, scale house management, bin-level inventory tracking, material regrades, settlement processing, dispatch, and compliance reporting — and connects all of it to NetSuite's financial engine in real time. That means scale ticket activity flows directly into inventory, settlements post automatically to accounts payable or receivable, and finance teams see accurate data without waiting for manual exports or end-of-day syncs. For aggregate businesses, Loop includes quarry and production management tools, including run-of-mine tracking, crushing circuit workflows, and load ticket management. For scrap and recycling operations, it supports AMM and Fastmarkets pricing integrations, NMVTIS compliance, and LeadsOnline connectivity. Brokerage operations get contract management and multi-party settlement tracking across every transaction. Because Loop is built on NetSuite, customers also get the full benefit of an enterprise-grade platform — multi-entity accounting, role-based permissions, audit trails, and a scalable infrastructure that grows with the business. There's no proprietary platform to be locked into, and no middleware required to connect operations to finance. Loop serves businesses that have outgrown QuickBooks, are tired of workarounds in a system that wasn't built for them, or are ready to run operations and finance from one place.
