There are no dislikes for the moment, I strongly agree that any product can improve over time based on market needs, but having the possibility to make integration yourself, I have a positive feeling that any dislike can turn into likes together with the support team. Simple installation and initial configuration with minimal infrastructure requirements. Great search engine and easy add of data sources. Many predefined integrations with all major vendors. Lack of detailed documentation - many options and processes are not described in detail, and it's hard to learn or solve issues without contacting the support. Our customer didn't have any central logging solution, so all logs were kept separately on many devices and in different formats. Besides that, there was no intelligence behind the logging process, so it was almost impossible to track all changes and events in the infrastructure. With Logsign they now have a central point for log collection and, more importantly, for log analysis. This is the key point for quick response to security incidents and proactive actions.
