Lofti is a cloud-based, end-to-end and FCA-regulated Property Management Software. Through our desktop platform we enable professional property managers and self-managing landlords to perform all the operations related to the management of their property portfolio: Pre-tenancy workflows Day-to-day property management Repairs and Maintenance management This makes Lofti the only 3-in-1 PMS available on the market. The innovative software covers all admin tasks from pre-tenancy with integrated e-signing solutions, and full in-house RGI-eligible tenant referencing all the way up to repairs and maintenance management. Moreover, automation is at the core of the Lofti platform, here below are some examples: Rent, deposits, repairs and maintenance payments are automatically reconciled using market-leading software Xero through API integrations Tenant enquiries performed on listing platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla are automatically created in our users' interface through API integrations. Essentially, as soon as a tenant expresses interest in one of our clients' properties listed on those platforms the data is automatically pulled into their Lofti environment saving our clients letting teams a tremendous amount of time and manual inputs Our Software is also available on mobile devices and, thanks to its cloud-based properties, it’s accessible anywhere in the world at any time giving our clients maximum performance and flexibility. Lofti also offers a fintech angle. Since we are regulated by the FCA, Lofti can offer its users financial products to help them secure and grow their portfolios. Mortgages, Insurances and Protections are among our financial offerings allowing our users to apply for insurances and mortgages while saving an enormous amount of time on every application. Lastly, the Lofti Ecosystem allows tenants to contact their landlords & agents directly through the Lofti app. Therefore, operations are streamlined when it comes to repairs and maintenance processes and the overall relationship and communication with the property managers is quicker and more transparent. Contractors are also part of the ecosystem. This means that they will benefit as well from streamlined communications, more transparency and better efficiency in managing and performing their maintenance jobs.
